I was making notes for a long distance Body Talk treatment. I had noticed that the mental hamster wheel that I thought I had left behind with all the shifts we had been going through, had been recently mounting; even when pulling myself off the wheel I became aware of 3 sub-personalities still discussing what needed to be done with the body issues - certainly no letting go and letting God. As I thought about how some exercises helped one part of the body, other parts faired less well. I heard myself say that there was clearly an 'order' to this that I was not aware of. Suddenly all chatter stopped in my head and this divine peace came over me. I felt myself immediately connected to God/oneness. So the simplicity yet profundity of what you channeled - the mantra of 'divine order' is all I need to remember the who I am and what runs through all my life experiences.
