Dear Ones,

In so many ways the lives you lead have inherent patterns of energy that are fragments of other parts of yourself. As you know, you are so much more than the physical, mental and emotional components that focus most people’s attention much of the time. You are also much more than the spiritual aspects that inspire you and offer alternatives to your 3D reality.

The make up of what is your fullest being is beyond conception, yet even a small glimmer of awareness can take you into greater joy, health and internal alignment. These expansive vibrations are some of the greater aspects of yourself. At the same time your more contracted fields are also important elements of your being. They actually hold your vitality and grounded connection to the earth, so are able to give you increasing ability to manifest what you most want in your life.

It is these, perhaps considered to be, the less attractive aspects of yourself that are calling for compassion and awareness at this time. Your smallest child self and your sometimes rebellious, adolescent self, are still actively participating in your adult life. Often they represent the emotional upheaval you don’t understand and prefer to ignore. Yet these are aspects of your whole self affecting your world. There are many books written and brilliant therapists that can bring relief when you need assistance clearing the reactive aspects of your most contracted and often needy self. Your willingness, however, to bring compassion and understanding to these areas of your life can relieve some of the pain and confusion these parts of yourself can cause.

Give Yourself a Fast from Negative Thoughts about You

Every part of you has a gift, and deserves your unconditional love and respect. When you are willing to include all parts of your being into your fullest self, you can begin to open to the insights and awareness that will help bring the unity so many are seeking. Often your softening the judgments you give to these parts of your self can offer a key. If criticism and judgment actually brought enlightenment into being, many more would be enjoying that state of consciousness. On the other hand, were you to imagine how you want to be treated by others, and think of the love you are seeking to receive, the first place to look would be within. Notice how you reject your feelings, and discount aspects of you that you may deem to be inadequate or “non-spiritual.” Sometimes those who are most diligent on their ascension paths are ruthless when it comes to the traits they consider less desirable in their essential nature. What can offer the swiftest path to more clarity and direction is to honor your feelings and bring greater respect to how you think of yourself.

Those looking for a mate would do well to offer themselves the love and companionship they are seeking. Be the most loving friend you ever had. Give yourself the respect, the gift of listening and the compassion you most want to receive. Offer yourself the fullest light of God’s Divine Love and fill up your being with this sweetness every day. Allow yourself to be nourished by these gifts you and only you, can give. You are capable of loving in a deep and committed way. How much richer your life would be if you were committing to love, support and respect yourself, and to offer compassion and the light of your awareness to all the aspects of yourself that come before you needing love and healing.

There are great changes occurring within everyone’s life as the Earth is accelerating in frequency. When did you think you would need to love yourself most? This energy is working like a centrifuge that spins all that is not in alignment with Divine Love into your conscious awareness. Turning your back on these aspects will only cause them to return to you with greater vigor and more dire consequences until you acknowledge them, and deal with the gifts that are given for you to work with. You can get it with a feather, a hammer or a Mack truck, but know that your soul is asking you to grow and evolve. The process can be more graceful if you engage all the aspects of yourself so they can come into alignment with your higher purpose in life.

The Angel of Compassion Awaits You

Never imagine that you are alone in these darker moments. You are being asked to shine the light of awareness into these interior corners. Whatever quality of consciousness you need in your life has an angel offering that assistance. The Angel of Compassion can bring you an infinite quality of such pure love and caring that you cannot help but soften within. When you can allow yourself to open and receive a greater level of this kind of love, it becomes a catalyst in your life. The barriers that you have erected within your being will crumble and all manner of assistance, seen and unseen, will be there for you.

Your soul knows what you need. Often you have felt a nagging restlessness, or a recurring thought or feeling, indicating your highest self is calling for your attention. It is important to engage all your inner resources with intention and prayer so these more expansive aspects of your self can help all parts of you to come into alignment with your soul’s purpose. Your greatest purpose in life is to come into Unity and Oneness with God and have this connection within every area of your being, without separation.

A Prayerful Suggestion

God, Goddess, All That Is,

I call on my most Divine, Universal Self to receive Love and Wisdom from the Source of all Life and bring these gifts into my being. I ask for help to receive what is being offered to me now, in a deeper way than ever before. I ask to have any barriers and obstacles I may have put into place to protect myself at a different time, be removed in a healthy, graceful way. I ask to open to knowing what all the aspects of myself need in order to be whole, and in alignment with my soul’s purpose. I ask to be shown how much I am loved and cared for every step of the way. I invite a new level of Faith to work in my being so I know I am being guided and protected, as I allow my life to change and evolve on every level with Grace and Ease. I am grateful for the new awareness that is working within me. I know I am walking an empowered path that allows a graceful flow of the Divine Light of Love and Guidance to show me the way in every moment. For these and all my gifts in life, I say Thank You God and may it be so.

Be at peace, Little Lamb, for you have set forth on a path that will change the world as you know it and bring greater harmony into every area your life. Receive the blessings of this time, and know you are loved.

The Angels are always available.  Their presence is blessing all that you do and say.  Their intention is toward Peace, Harmony and Divine Order.  When you call upon the grace of the Angels, all situations are blessed with their intentional energy.  This is a very powerful tool to use in daily life.

Do you want order in your work place so that all your work is done quickly and easily, so that all you need is available, and all your words and actions are guided?  If so, call the Angels into your work place.  Ask for their blessings and know divine order will be the result.  Allow the Angels to intervene on your behalf even with the smallest details that you feel you should take care of by yourself.  You will find your work flowing more easily and smoothly. Even more, Creative Solutions will abound.

Do you want peace and harmony in your relationships?  Ask the Angels to assist in your family and in all interactions with others.  More harmony and a new level of grace will be the result.

The Angels are here to bring more love, harmony and order into daily life.  They are here to demonstrate how much easier life can be when you allow a greater level of energy to work through you.  But they will not intervene unless they are asked, so there must be a willingness on your part to bring peace-filled energy into your life.

The Angels are messengers of God.  They are not here to be worshipped or to gain power over you.  They are here to assist you.  They are a part of the Divine Spirit just as humans are, so there is no need to fear when your intention is to have more miracles in your life.  Your willingness to have more love, joy and harmony will bring to you those very qualities you seek.  You can bring the Angels into your life to assist you in enhancing the energy you work with every day.

It is a great gift to have the Angels offer their energy for planetary good, as well as for the good of your personal life.  Allow yourself to receive this blessing.  Ask for assistance in all the mundane things that bring you stress.  Ask for angelic intervention in all overwhelming situations.  Allow yourself to feel this incredible level of support.  Be willing to have yourself surrounded in wings of pure love and see how much easier your life will feel to you.  Receive the love, light and wisdom of the Angels now.  And remember your message today:

Dear Ones,

During these tumultuous times, thoughts having to do with protection of your person are never in vain. You are showing respect for the life you have been given. The energy of fear however, can replace the carefulness with which one regards life, and causing a chain reaction that can actually bring harm to the body. With that in mind we would like to provide suggestions for the protection of self during the upheaval of these changing times.

First and foremost, one needs to have Faith that you are never alone, and create a personal relationship with the ones who guide and guard you, no matter what you call them. Just knowing that you have a guardian angel who has been with you from your very birth into this life, can be a powerful antidote to the sorrow of feeling powerless and alone. Even in the psalms, it is said that  angels were given charge to watch over you. These guardian beings are waiting for your call. With a small amount of effort you can gain access to the angels so to create a closer relationship. Your intention and prayers to call your Guardian Angel into your consciousness are all that is required, along with an open mind and heart. You may decide to ask for a sign to show you they are with you, and then be aware. This sign may not show up in the way you imagine, because angels have a delightful sense of humor and are always looking for creative solutions.

Another guardian being worth remembering is the brilliant Archangel Michael. If you can imagine being surrounded in massive wings of Light at all times, you could consider this idea as truth at the core of your being. Archangel Michael is caring diligently for those who are working for the Light of Truth and Oneness during the changes occurring on Earth right now. He has been given charge of this eon of time as the planet and her people evolve into a new world of Peace and Harmony. Archangel Michael acts as an Archai who oversees the frequencies of change in order to manifest a more balanced world. He knows that large groups of people empowered to hold Divine Love can create Grandeur, and each person must participate individually in their own way. Archangel Michael has the energy of Protection and Divine Light available to call into your being with a special connection to your Manipura Center or Solar Plexus chakra. This energy center is highly vulnerable to your thoughts of fear and powerlessness, and will affect your ability to feel strong and confident. This chakra is also highly charged when you bring Golden Light, like the warm sun, into this center in order to create a strong core of protection within you. Archangel Michael is available to assist this process in a powerful way that has never been possible before. Even a simple prayer request can call the Light of Archangel Michael forth. Here is one example of a prayer that may be useful:

I call on the Light of Archangel Michael to empower the center of my being with Golden Light. Bring to me your Shield of Strength, Courage and Protection, so I may stand as my most empowered self during this time of change. Surround me in rings of Golden Light, aligned from Heaven to Earth, and centered in Peace, Harmony and Divine Love. I AM grateful for your Grace and Protection in my life. I thank you for the Light you bring to all beings and to the Earth at this time. So be it. Be it so. Amen.

It is time to call forth the legions of Angels to act in the world right now. This will activate a long held promise for this incredibly beautiful planet. The Earth is meant to provide the soil and the grounded impetus for the Era of Peace and Harmony that is beginning. This need within each being is what impels everyone to continue in the face of the greatest darkness and challenge many have ever known. You would never be left alone to face the magnitude of change which is upon you. You can trust this promise and let it empower your inner knowing so that you can gain more faith in yourself and those who guide your way.

Regard yourself as a holy vessel and fill your being with Light. Know you are worthy of care and protection. Keep your prayers high, as you do what you need to do in your physical world to feel safe. You are Beloved.

Hark. The Herald Angels are singing. Can you hear the Angel voices? They are inviting you into their midst. They are calling you to rejoice in the Divine Love and Light streaming onto the planet during this special time called Christmas.

Can you hear the Angels whispering to you? Listen with your heart. Allow your whole being to be receptive to these Divine Messengers who have watched over you throughout your soul’s existence. They are here now with one voice singing the idea of Peace within all beings. Making a joyful noise, they offer you the gifts of Divine Light and a Love beyond your understanding. Receive it into your being and shine this blessed Light out into the world.

Just be receptive now and allow Divine Grace to fill your being. This is one of the Angelic Gifts being offered at this time.  Grace is needed to sanctify the Earth, and to bring greater coherence, respect and honoring of the gifts the earth supplies in abundance. It is time for the people to offer to themselves and to their planetary home the nurturing it needs to sustain life. When humans honor the Earth, they also honor the elements of themselves that make up the Earth.

Your Birthright

In fact it is your birthright to live in harmony with the earth, to feel Divine Love in your being and the power of Life Force surging through you in ever increasing waves. Allow it to spark every cell in your body and increase love in your being. As you do this, you glow as a radiant light. It shines forth from you and you become the Light to the World that the earth needs right now. It is a choice for you to make moment to moment, and requires a goal for the harmony you want in your life, and a mental flip of the switch within your thoughts to create it.

Becoming a Light to the world is not arrogant. When one carries conscious awareness of Higher Truth, it becomes your duty. As the apparent darkness of chaos and fear are so obvious, what could you need more than Light? At this holy time the Light of the Christ energy is more available than ever before. This blessing carries the energy of Divine Love into your heart and out into your world.

Feel this Light in you that holds the divine qualities of Wisdom and Love, and share it with others. Radiate Light to your government and the world leaders. Send it to areas of suffering in the world, and to those who work hard to ease the suffering in those places. Transmit Divine Light to the environment, and to all the living beings that are not human on this beautiful planet. Don’t forget to shine the healing Light onto yourself and your families. This energy brightens and reconfigures the power that inspires you into Divine Right Action. It is one way to bring harmony and overcome despair within yourself and the world.

And then there were Angels

As you celebrate the gifts of this Christmas season, there are many who remember the Angels during this time more than at any other time of the year. There are legions of Angels gathering ever nearer the earth now, drawn by the prayers and the thoughts of so many people. This is a tremendous blessing that opens your heart to more love and allows your mind to receive a greater level of Grace. It is a good time to take a moment to honor and connect with your Angelic guides. Ask for personal assistance in all areas of your life and listen – really listen, as the Angels whisper in your heart. They want you to follow your heart’s message and feel the guidance available to you from the spiritual realms.

There is an Angelic representation for the Soul of the Earth and the Heavenly Realms. Your guardian Angel can work with these Angelic beings to bring more harmony within you so you can feel more connection to your Spiritual Source and more inner peace.

Your Guardian Angel

Your Guardian Angel has been given this duty to help you to live in alignment with your goals and intentions for this life. Through your personal guardian angel you can learn to live in greater peace with yourself as a prerequisite for Peace on Earth. This Angel is also offering to you the ability to feel Oneness and Union with your most divine self.

As you have grown into adulthood your guardian angel waits for you to ask for help. Consider that it is now time to ask. This Guardian Angel has been with your soul since its incarnation, offering guidance and protection so you may find your Divinity and fulfill your spiritual destiny. This beloved angel has intervened on your behalf to relieve your karma and wants nothing more than the fulfillment of your soul’s imperatives. Archangel Gabriel and the Legions of Archangels

At this holy time of the year, there is also more awareness of the Archangels. Archangel Gabriel holds the empowerment for the winter season, and stories abound of his intervention throughout the ages during the darkest nights. The Archangels are given Divine charge over all communities, nations and seasons. During the 12 Holy Nights beginning December 24, the Archangels freely erase all boundaries between nations and factions. The Light of True Peace prevails in the Heavenly realms, and can be called forth onto the Earth. Join with the angelic host to spread this Light through your own life and pray for healing of all nations and families. Use this pervasive light from the Archangels to bring greater consciousness through you and all beings on earth. This energy can make a true difference, bringing Peace within all hearts. The realms of the Angels are available as never before during this precious window of time.

The Twelve Nights of Christmas

There is a stillness of this season that pervades the northern hemispheres as the earth sleeps in the darkest time of the year. People know the sunlight will return, and it is the same with the spiritual realms. With faith, you believe that in the darkest times, the Divine Light will prevail. There are ancient traditions that honor the return of the Light following the Solstice. As you allow your soul to rest in the depth of the darkness, you can symbolically come into the clarity of the Light and receive a much-needed gift by creating a personal ritual for this time that has meaning for you. Consider the beauty of the symbols within the Twelve Nights of Christmas. You can use the time from December 24 through January 5 as an inner journey to give birth to the sunlight in your being, and illuminate the darkness within and around you. As the Archangels use this powerful time to end separation, they create an opportunity for true world peace when the empowered energy is focused on peaceful coexistence.

The Twelve Nights of Christmas act as windows to your soul’s purpose and can empower your new year. Many traditions light a colored candle for each night. The Twelve Nights can be used as an opportunity to go back through the 12 months of your year and honor your achievements and the lessons learned. Each night can feature a spiritual hierarchy and a virtue that you would like to bring into your life in the New Year. It is a special time to pay attention to your dreams because they could be prophetic during the Twelve Nights. There is also an opening for the clear light of understanding and insights from the Angels that can work through you. Some Christian traditions honor the 13th night, January 5, as Epiphany. As the twelve nights progress, you can set a goal for true clarity and wisdom to enter your mind and heart during the twelve nights. Is it not appropriate for you to receive a clear epiphany about your life as well?

Give and it shall be Given Unto You

It is a wondrous tradition to give freely during this Holy Season. Your generosity of spirit and willingness to give opens the energy centers within your body so that God’s Infinite Love is experienced. This Divine Love is unconditional and flows so freely, all are blessed by its presence. When hearts and minds are touched in this way, there is a healing. You will never be the same. You can keep this sense of loving gratitude and willingness to give within you throughout the year by setting the goal to do so.

Peace on Earth and Good Will Prevails

By creating your personal traditions and meaningful ritual for this Holy Season, you can use the spiritual support that is available to you. With this support and your clear intentions, you can experience transformation within your being and blessings in your life. Do not let the material world overpower the beauty and depth that truly exists during this special time.

Remember the Angels are available in this Holy Season and be grateful for their presence. Once again these messengers from God are saying, “Rejoice! Awaken to the birth of the Christ Light within you, and praise God for the gifts and blessings abundantly available to all.”

Let this Divine Light fill you now. Allow it to enlighten your mind and heart, and illuminate every cell and fiber of your being. Your willingness and openhearted acceptance of this Divine Love blesses your body, mind and spirit. Receive this gift and allow the Light of the Christ to be born within you this Holy Season. Let this Light shine forth from you so there may truly be Peace on Earth and Good Will between all beings.
