From the Angelic Dimensions comes a wondrous blessing for this special time. Through Divine Dispensation new realms of Angels are available for your ascension process. These Angels hold the frequencies of the spiritual attributes you most need so you can live in harmony with the increasing energies of these precious times of awakening.

Realms of Angels have been specifically assigned by the Archangels overseeing the evolution of the Earth and each person on the planet at this time. As the frequencies have increased you have gained clear awareness of what you need in your life. To Assist the Eclipse Cycle

It was specifically directed that these Angels be widely recognized for their assistance before the Eclipse cycle begins on April 25. You now have legions of Angels at your beck and call. We have said that the cycle of Eclipses will be the greatest opportunity for mass Radical Transformation that you have ever been given. You will be able to feel your feelings very directly. In order to stay in balance, you will need to use the intensity of the energy in resourceful ways to best serve your soul purpose. Thus you are provided with Angels.

How does this work in your life? What we will say could sound so simplistic that you may be tempted to scoff. We encourage you to open your hearts and minds to receive the Creative Solutions that abound in the higher frequencies of Divine Love. For this simple process, consider the attributes and spiritual qualities that you most need in your life. Archangel Gabriel, please send your angels to help me create new ways to establish Divine Union within me. I am asking for an Angel of Trust so I can remember that there is a way through to Harmony in my life. In Conclusion…

This has been a small overview for what is possible if you open yourself to the Angelic Dimensions at this time. You don’t have to remember which specific Archangels to ask for help because they are providing direct access to the Angels that offer you the  spiritual qualities that you most need in your life now. Know that there are Angels of Peace, Angels of Freedom, Angels of Beauty, Clarity, Wisdom, Truth and many more. When you call on these Angels you will be surrounded in Wings of Divine Light that provide your energy field with the quality of consciousness that is missing from your life. If you give yourself time to receive, you will immediately feel a greater sense of Well Being as the emptiness inside you is filled with Divine Light. Remember that God’s Light carries the attributes of Divine Love and Intelligence and provides Divine Order in the world. With this power, surely all that you need can be provided also.

Use your feelings as the clue for what you most need to ask for from the Angelic Dimensions. Your spirit works in and through your heart to give you a sense of what is missing in your being. It becomes a simple task to remember that if your life is in turmoil, you can ask for the Angel of Peace. If you are afraid, you can ask for the Angel of Courage. If you are lonely you can ask for the Angel of your Soul’s Community. If you need money, ask for the Angel of your Finances to step forward. If you are in doubt, invite the Angel of Faith to enter your consciousness.

This may seem unbelievably simple, but miracles are close at hand in these precious times in which you live. The Angels await your invitation to bring into your life the Beauty, Love and Joy that is your Divine Birthright. All the help you need is being offered to you now. It is as close as your thought.

The Heavenly Realms are showing their support through this Equinox-Full Moon time of Awakening. Many people have noticed the Angelic forms in rainbows, clouds and especially the recent formations of the Aurora Borealis. Divine Light is getting stronger, and Spiritual Presence is making itself known to reassure you that you are definitely not alone. These formations of Light act as open doorways to new awakening consciousness. The Angels are reminding you that they are here during these times of great power, grief, transition, and the present radical transformation that is in process.

When you can ground the intensity of the energies you are experiencing, you will notice a new heightened intuition. Your sensitivity levels are increasing. Your perceptions are expanding, and within the core of your being, new Truth is awakening. Take this time as the Grand Experiment it is and know that the more open and curious your mind can be now, the easier the transition through dimensional shifting will be for you. 

In this time of ascending consciousness, the massive downloads of high frequencies of energy are relentless. Surrendering to this Mighty Flow will simplify the process for you. There is no place you can hide when you have already stepped into the elevator to the Higher Dimensions. Enjoying the ride will be easier if you can take some steps to use the energy more resourcefully. Resisting the flow will only make the experience more uncomfortable. Those having the most difficulties during these times of transition are those who are contracting into their old limiting perceptions.

Your hearts are breaking free to receive the God-permeated presence of Divine Love. Surrendering to this flow of love means to be open to the gifts being offered in this new time. Allow the radiant presence of Empowered Light to clear old patterns from your energy field as if you were standing in a golden shower of Divine Love. In this way you will be ready when the elevator doors open to your new life.

The Light is traveling from the Illuminated Realms of Truth directly into your High Heart. Your job as a Lightworker is to ground these new frequencies for the planet. The power of exalted energies can feel brilliantly expansive and uplifting. They only become wobbly when you try to force them into the old frameworks of your world. You are being strengthened and rewired with a new core of Truth that can take the charge of Light and with your intention, send it down through your base chakra into the planet for grounding. The Earth can hold the new frequencies and keep your energy systems in alignment so your nervous system can work more easily.

The power of Divine Love moves from above your crown into the receptive vessel of your high Heart chakra which then feeds your physical heart with healing frequencies. There is a new wholeness in this energy that can strengthen the lower chakras when you allow the energy to flow through you down into the Earth. With your awareness and your intention, let this exalted Golden Light energy drop like a weight from the base of your spine. Feel it connecting with the core of the Earth and let an expansive root system form that aligns you with the vitality of Nature. This provides a grounding system that will nourish you and allow you to run the higher frequencies through your physical body. This grounding is required in order for you to become Homo Luminus, a connected being of Light from Heaven to Earth, the blended being you were meant to be. It feels unusual, awkward, new and familiar at the same time. Your soul has longed for this moment. Know that as you expand, there are Angelic Wings at your back that you can relax into.

From the Realms of Illuminated Truth, you are being gifted that which you have been praying for, the presence of Unity Consciousness. All of Heaven is rejoicing in your awakening. Know that the Gateway of Power is open for you to receive this gift.  And it is now. ~ Archangel Gabriel

Through the Wormhole to Radical Transformation

Most of us are familiar with the idea of a Wormhole from the movie “Contact” or from years of watching Star Trek episodes. In that genre, people were propelled instantly lightyears into another galaxy. The Gateway of Power we are experiencing is very similar. We were given a powerful download of Sacred Feminine and Masculine Balance during the Equinox-Full Moon period, accompanied by once-in-a-lifetime astrological occurrences. Take a breath because on April 25 we begin an 8-week series of Eclipses, which is being called the Wormhole, that will end near the Solstice on June 21.

To add to the intensity of our Alchemical Transformation of Consciousness there are comets, astroids and unprecedented numbers of solar flares. And let’s not forget to include the Chinese Year of the Snake that started in February. That means that our spiritual energy — the Kundalini, has been activated and is rising. There is a centered core of Divine Light moving up through our chakra systems awakening all that is in its path. If there is anything we need to clear out of the way, it is becoming really obvious. (I am asking for Grace and Ease in this process!)

So in this auspicious time with all these milestone events, it appears that through this empowerment by the higher energy frequencies, we are literally being flung into Radical Transformation!

It feels as if we walked through the portals of 12:12:12 and 12/21/12 and stepped onto a magic carpet that is zooming us into a massive evolutionary shift. There is no escape from this awakening, and we don’t even need to go into a sheltered environment to experience it. (Although surely many of us long for the peace it could offer.)

We are being asked to stay in the world, using our spiritual gifts, tools and awareness to evolve into the Illuminated Souls we were meant to be, which may even happen by Solstice. My Guidance blithely said that this activity does not take any more time from our busy lives, we merely need to include planetary transformation in our intentions and awareness (easy for Them to say!).

It sounds huge and it is, but we are SO not alone in this process. Not only are we working together with millions of other Lightworkers, we also have Ascended Masters, Beings of Light and Angelic Ones here to guide, nurture and direct us. These Illumined Beings are powerfully focused on our awakening into Unity Consciousness. (A peek at the SpaceWeather.com site will reveal amazing Angel Auroras radiating light around the time of Equinox. I consider this a demonstration of the support we have from the spiritual hierarchy.) With all this assistance we cannot fail.

We did our work brilliantly and fulfilled our mission to hold the light of Awakening for the great shift of the Ages that occurred December 21, 2012. Now we have the potent three-year period facing us as the new world comes into form. We are the ones creating the foundations and structures that hold the great potential for Spontaneous Evolution. Most of us have worked diligently with spiritual practices over the years to become familiar with that centered place within that shelters us in the thick of the storms of duality. This helps a lot but while we are in the midst of the biggest change of consciousness the world has ever known, for me it is also very resourceful to keep my focus on the Big Picture as a more expansive evolutionary viewpoint. This helps me to emotionally detach from the 3D drama and not take things so personally.

My Spiritual Guidance System has been working with me over the past few years to create less separation between my daily activities and my spiritual life so I can experience a more blended way of living in the world. I have noticed that staying in my center and grounding the powerful energy frequencies feels like a full-time job right now. (I offer you the mantras I was given: Change is necessary. Change is safe. Change brings benevolent outcomes. Change is good.) As I create the new foundations for a very flexible, dynamic structure within me as my new Core of Truth, I am using these mantras to stay balanced.

Planting the Garden of your Soul invites the Grace of the Angels to work in your daily life. This focused activity demonstrates your desire to co-create what you need to harvest a more bountiful future.

The northern hemisphere will experience the Spring Equinox on March 20, a season of new birth and renewal. If you are in the southern hemisphere, planting your inner garden now will allow you to create a winter focus that will bloom in its proper time. Equinox is the optimum time to plant your personal garden of  powerful intentions within your being. This timely action will bring great rewards as you till the rich and fertile soil of your soul, elevate your thoughts and activate new life within and around you.

What does it mean to plant the Garden of your Soul? It is really very simple. What are the qualities you most want to see manifest in your life? What are your goals and dreams for a joyous future? What needs have to be met so you can be happy? These are the seeds to plant within the garden of your being so you can create a new structure for your life.

When you plant the seeds of growth and renewal, it can be a fun, creative and positive way to promote a joyous, abundant life. Consider those things you most want to have thriving in your interior garden. Maybe you would like to plant the fertile seeds that lead to Abundant Prosperity? Perhaps you want to empower the seeds of Harmony in all your relationships? What about planting the seeds for Health and Well Being deeply within your heart so they can grow with zest and vibrancy? The soil of joyous potential exists within you and awaits your attention.

Are you too busy to plant your Soul’s garden?

These vast exalted ideas actually require very little time during your busy life, full of commitments and deadlines. In fact, the small amounts of time you give to planting and nurturing your interior garden will enhance every area of your life with a bountiful return. It is said that when a person takes one step towards the Divine, this Higher Power will take ten steps toward you.

As you remember that you are a part of all Creation, a new sense of gratitude wells up in your heart, and brings you a sense of connection. This gratitude carries the sparks of Divine Light that uplift your spirit and become the catalyst for new growth within your life. As you look at the flowering of Nature around you, it can remind you that the same beautiful new growth is taking place within your very being.

Let your imagination soar as you bring forth those magical qualities in which you wish to live. Nothing is too large to dream in order to manifest a happier life. As you play with this process, you are co-creating a field of unlimited potential within and around you.  When you dream big and feel the joy of it, your vibrational frequency will be uplifted, your energy field expands. This allows doors to open that you have not imagined possible. It is your open mind, and a heart unencumbered by doubt and self-criticism, that attracts new growth and evolution into your life.

Planting the Garden of your Soul inspires great support from the seen and unseen world so you can live life in a more inspired way. When you allow yourself to be a part of this co-creation, all your needs can be met with Grace and Ease.

How to plant the Garden your Soul

Since every new project requires some thought and planning, when you begin your inner garden, make it creative and fun. It could be a beautiful work of art with lots of color, magazine pictures or a painting. The shape your interior garden takes could be a pattern that inspires you, like a spiral. You could decide just to make a list of those qualities of consciousness you want to experience in your life. The action of writing will assist the energy of your garden.

The Angels of Creativity are available to work with you in this project, and can inspire you so it will be fun. When your inner spirit is stimulated in this way, new life flows into your mind and heart, and you feel uplifted. This increased energy flow attracts more joy and you feel happier, which in turn, brings more creative ideas and a sense of well-being. It is the beginning of an upward spiral that blesses this garden within you with new empowered energy. Your life will begin to change in surprising ways.

When you see old patterns of thought and action manifesting, and you begin to feel stuck in problematic energies, consider them to be compost for your new garden. Ask the Angels working in your life to help you pull these weeds and transmute old ways of behavior with Divine Light. This will help feed the garden of your soul with loving energy. It is like adding a little water every day to help work the compost of old ways into the fertile soil of your garden. Soon you will see the new sprouts of a different way of being.

Rejoice in this vibrant growth knowing that as you respond differently to old situations, you will receive fresh, positive results in every area of your life. By focusing a little bit every day on what you want to see manifest in your life, you provide a new structure so your interior garden will thrive. Remember that as you plant the seeds of new consciousness into your garden of Pure Potential, you are grounding Spiritual Presence into the Earth. Through this action of bringing beautiful qualities of consciousness into your world, you become a bridge from Heaven to Earth.

Bask in the Sunlight of Divine Illumination

The Garden of your Soul has amazing potential to bring you the life you want to experience. Opening yourself to new thoughts and behaviors attracts assistance in ways you never knew existed. This beautiful garden thriving within you becomes a Beacon of Light. Many people will love to experience your inner garden and support you so it will flourish. This new growth and thriving space within you reaches out to bless the world, and in turn you will be blessed.

As your garden comes into fruition, you will find your life nourished in bountiful ways. The company of Heaven awaits you as you begin planting these seeds for your new life. Bask in the sunlight of Divine Illumination. Breathe it in deeply and let it nurture the new growth within you. Know the Angels will joyously assist you in weeding out the old ways that no longer work so your garden will thrive with new life.

You are never alone. You are continuously blessed and are being guided as you open to a new way of being. Let all the frantic activity in your life drop away as Divinely-inspired action takes root within the garden of your life. The fullness of your being will enrich your life’s purpose, so your next steps become very clear.

There is a flowering beginning all around you, and within your heart. Allow yourself to be loved and nourished as you plant the Garden of your Soul. This process is bringing a beautiful balance into every area of your life. Remember that as you empower these exalted spiritual qualities to plant into your consciousness, they become living fields of energy that will bless every area of your life.

Don’t fill the empty void you are experiencing with old pain, Beloveds. Heed our words of caution and recognize the situation as it is. These are the In-Between Times. These are the times when the world gets ready to move forward to the beat of a different drummer; the times between an accelerated activation of high-frequency energy and the use of that energy to propel new life.

Think of this time as an open field of Pure Potential. You can fill these empty spaces with powerful thriving energy that can support a new way of life for you. This energy can be focused in a direction you truly want it to go. This energy you are experiencing is vast, and may feel like an empty void. It is a habit to fill the emptiness with old familiar feelings that may no longer serve you. Consider instead that the spacious tableau laid out before you by the Universal Presence of Life is offering you a Field of Unlimited Potential. This field is open and awaiting your command for its creation into form. Into this field of pure potential, you can carefully describe the world you want to live in, and create a new life that works in abundant ways to support you.

Fear of the Unknown 

There is a temptation to be afraid of the Unknown. Fear can stimulate your imagination or bring up the familiar ways that you have lived that did not make you happy. When you remember the old pain, it can fill your consciousness in a way that takes over the empty field of potential, thus creating the same old experiences.

Be conscious about your fear. After all the work you have done on yourself, trust you will know when you are being shown actions that will put you in danger or new unfamiliar energy. Separate the intensity of energy in your body from the impulses that are there to protect you. Be aware that for most people reading this – you are safe, you are fed and there is a roof over your head. You can trust that you are taken care of in this moment. You are safe. It is important that your body registers this truth, so you can create a more empowered life.

When you can trust yourself, and truly know in the present moment that you are safe and protected, you are able to be in connection with your Higher Self. This connection to the greater truth within your being guides your actions in pathways that are harmonious with your soul. From this place you will be able to make conscious choices for the life you want to experience. Your deepest beliefs color your ability to create new life. Your feelings and emotions will show you what you are truly believing in the moment. You may want to make different choices more in harmony with your intentions for life.

The Breath of the Heart

When you breathe more Light into your heart, it will lighten the energy within and around you. When you are experiencing fear, breathing into your heart will settle your mind. Your heart is the Great Balancer of your nervous system. When you can detach from the emotions and breathe into your heart, you are able to also balance your emotional states.

Practice the Heart Balancing breath work when you are not upset, so you can introduce your nervous system to the Peace and Harmony that comes when you breathe into your heart. It creates an instant connection and enhances the power when you place your hands onto your heart. When you breathe into the heart space you recognize you are empowering yourself with Divine Love and it is freely flowing into you. In this way you become immersed in the light of a Peaceful state of being. You can tell yourself that in that moment, All is Well and you are Safe. This allows your nervous system to work in a healthy way to soothe your mental/emotional states.

Perseverance, Persistence and Prayer

The energies of 2013 are still very malleable at this time. You have known and heard that you create your life experience with your beliefs and emotional states. Don’t falter in your knowing of these powerful truths now at this pivotal time. This is when you need to have Perseverance, Persistence and Prayer to support you in a very great way.

When you use a conscious, disciplined approach to create a more balanced emotional state, your imagination can then awaken to a more creative form of activity. Consider that the Field of Unlimited Potential is open and waiting for your command and direction. Think about the different form of life you would prefer to live in, and you have the freedom to choose a new direction in which this pure, neutral energy can operate.

When the Equinox comes March 20, the new energy for life will be set into motion. Prepare the way by becoming more clear about a life that you would truly love. Use your imagination, and the power inherent in the Creative Potential awaiting you, to set forth new ideas. It is wondrous and even encouraged to make your intentions very grand so your inner spirit can be empowered with new feelings. When you imagine your new life, allow it to inspire you and bring the power of enthusiasm into your energy field. Positive energies bring more abundant lifestyles into your being.

Remember Gratitude

Also bring the Light of Gratitude into your process and know that your Higher Power holds you in great respect, and will honor what you focus on as the Truth you would enjoy experiencing. This Benevolent Force is powerfully willing to fill your life with Beauty, Abundance and an exalted state of Well Being. These living fields of energy exist in the unlimited potential surrounding you right now. There is a Creative Solution for every area of your life to open into. Give thanks for the illumined possibilities available for you now. An attitude of Gratitude can change and uplift your energy frequencies and open new pathways for you to walk upon.

Remember your future can be empowered with new energy and does not have to reflect your past ways of experiencing life. Come to this new time as a novice willing to reorganize your life with empowered prayer and new intentions. From this expansive focus, create a momentum for the life you are wanting to live in. Engage both sides of your brain by writing down the prayers and intentions for your life and offer them into the Universal Field of Unlimited Potential with Faith that all is possible. Know that life can support you when you create a new focus for your thoughts and feelings and keep it empowered with prayerful action. Consistency is a key component to this empowered action.

Beloved Divine Presence,

Awaken in me a new focus for an empowered life. Remind me of all the amazingly beautiful ways I can live instead of what has been my past experience. Help me to open the doorways for a life that is filled with harmonious and supportive relationships. Show me that my work can fulfill my needs and allow me to use my God-given talents and skills in a new way. Inspire me to use this high-frequency energy to create a life that helps me to thrive and flow in the new energies available now. Teach me to bring more Happiness, Joy and Beauty into my being so that it reflects into my outer world. 

Help me to know that all I can perceive is possible for me to achieve. Give me the Strength, Wisdom and Courage to step into the unknown field of potential and use the new energy frequencies to uplift my life. Reveal to me the avenues for greater Health, Abundance and Inspired Activities which are in alignment with my Soul Purpose. Infuse my heart and mind with your Guidance and teach me to walk these new pathways with more Balance and an awakened perspective. Help me to remember that I can open wisely to the flow of God’s Grace so that all my needs can be met. Allow me to know that I am always receiving God’s Love, and there is never a time when I am not wrapped in Wings of Pure Light.

Hello from Mt. Shasta,

We have all taken a turn in the tides since 12/21/12, the Winter Solstice that impacted the world so greatly. It has been fascinating to watch the changes as the world unfolds for 2013. 

The most obvious change was my move to Mt. Shasta of course, which has been highlighted by what I am calling my “Knock your Sox off Moments of Exalted Beauty.” Clearly my senses have been heightened by the shift in consciousness we have all made since 12/21, and I am grateful to have moved to the smaller town of Mt. Shasta which has a very high vibration. This has allowed my molecules to rearrange themselves in the new 2013 frequencies.

Two days after I moved in there was a winter storm bringing 4 feet of snow, followed by weeks of sunny dry weather. Mt. Shasta came out from behind the clouds in all her glory, impressed upon the deep blue sky in miraculous relief, crowned in peaks of white, white snow that sparkled and glowed in the clear sunlight. I found I could walk into town to get a video or visit the local market when driving was too icy. My treks out onto the snow-covered fields have felt exalted, and happiness has been bubbling from my heart from the experience of this immense beauty.

At the same time there has been an obvious deepening in my awareness of the sacred grounds I walk upon, and the sanctity of the waters that pour in great abundance from the Earth around Mt. Shasta. One day while visiting the headwaters of the Sacramento River to fill my daily drinking water bottles, my consciousness was transformed by the presence of 4 Native men. One man had a drum and was chanting to the waters and the earth, then offering tobacco before loading his jugs with pure water. This impressed me so much that I have made my prayers before I fill my water bottles more exuberant and made sure I consciously offer my gratitude to the Earth Mother for the abundant flow of her pure waters. I also pray for all the waters of the earth to be purified at the same time. Observing the Native man’s prayers that day also affected me more acutely because on that day I was feeling tense from some work I was doing, and was having difficulty grounding the excess energy. While he chanted I sat in the snow and just received the energy of his prayers and gratitude to the Divine. The transformation I experienced in my consciousness that day has stayed with me for weeks, and allowed me to bring higher frequencies into my work just as I have intended. The Earth seems to be calling us to offer her our gratitude and blessings in this new time. I know that this makes a difference by lifting the vibrational frequencies within and around us.

Spiritualizing my Life

Since 12/21/12, it has become abundantly clear that I am learning how to spiritualize my daily life so there is no separation. This has been a goal of mine for many years, and though it has been mostly successful, clearly 2013 has brought the manifestation of this intention to a new level of opportunity. Intuition is more available so life has become more seamless in many ways, and the heartfelt connection I have experienced to myself and my work has been magical. I have wanted my work to be my spiritual practice, and my home to reflect the spiritual qualities that most inspire me. Now in my new Temple Home in Mt. Shasta, it is clearly unfolding in just that way as I am bringing my spiritual tools into my daily life. We are being gifted with Heart Centered Action this year, according to Archangel Gabriel, and each of us is learning what that means to us.

Because I moved into a new space I wanted to incorporate lifetime’s of spiritual tools into creation of a home/office that was also a Temple holding the power of the Spiritual Practice I have adopted over 40 years. It has become a reflection of Matrix Technology using Light Fields to anchor the spiritual principles I believe in. Consciously choosing each thing I kept in my space became a powerful discipline as the altars slowly took over the entire apartment. I anchored Love in each of the corners with rocks and large uncut stones. I anchored the entire building I live in with powerful intentions. (Since it is in the shape of an H, I anchored Health, Harmony, Humor and Happiness into each corner). Wanting to charge up my apartment with high vibrational energy, I have been playing Sanskrit chants from the day I moved in. I anchored the sacred geometric shape of an octahedron in the center of my living space, pulling in all the corners of the apartment so it is all one dedicated space. My home/temple/work space is not only dedicated to manifestation of Unity and Oneness in all things, it is also dedicated to Beauty. I used Light Fields of Beauty, so that everywhere I look is beautiful. This uplifts me in such an amazing way that it adds to my “happiness quotient.” (I have been inspired by the stories about the government of Butan measuring the happiness of the people in that country as a measure of its success. It seems like we should all have that as a measurement for our lives.)

All of these intentions for my new home in Mt. Shasta are not really new in my life, as I have made the effort to create this sort of life for many years. What is magical about the time since 12/12/12 is that it is unfolding with Grace and Ease, and my HIgher Self is bringing me intuitive ideas on what my next heart-centered action will be. I have been able to float in a relatively, a surprisingly peaceful, spacious state of being as I am doing what needs to be done next. I am loving the way this feels so much that it sets the boundaries very clearly for what I am available to experience in my life. There is a sense of the fullness of Divine Presence within and around me that I want to have as my natural state of being, all the time. When I am not in alignment with this integral state, it is very clear. And it is also clear what I need to do to shift the state. The answer is always to raise my vibrational frequency. How I do that varies tremendously, which comes back to using the spiritual tools I have received over the years.

The fact that I have been amassing so much information, techniques, practices, and experiences in my spiritual toolkit has made it clearly obvious that I have to use it every day in order to create a life that works for me on many levels. What if I were really awake and I did not have to wait until I felt more like I was “finished” before I just live in the way I know is best for me. My life encompasses all that I enjoy and integrates all the parts of me that will need work perhaps as long as I have a body. I want to feel grounded and earthy as well as intensely pure and exalted in consciousness. In 2013 it is time to have it all. The caveat is that our intentions must be very clear to live in the realms of Divine Presence while we have our feet on the ground and connect to the core vitality of the Earth that sustains us.

Another demonstration of 2013 is the ability to experience lower frequencies of 3D awareness without being affected emotionally, as in the past. I can notice the difference between my 5D reality and 3D and seem to be able to live in both. This allows me to maintain strength in my boundaries as well as my ability to maintain Observer Mode without sinking into whatever is transpiring. Because it has been so organic,I am imagining that it has something to do with the Light Field of Safety and Grace that I have intended to live in. While I know intellectually that God keeps me safe and the Angels watch over me, my body still carries some old fear no matter how much work I have done. Living in a field of Safety has been a tremendous advantage. Adding Grace to my Light Field makes everything easier for me as well.

Early in the wee hours of the morning of 2013, I was awakened with the words, Welcome to 2013, a year so malleable that you are literally creating it as you live. It will be Equinox before this year can morph more clearly into what it will reveal. At the same time this means that your thoughts, prayers and intentions have immense power. As the energy of 2013 solidifies from its previous state of “warm jello,” I am using the power of my intentions to create a life that allows me to thrive in 2013.  We are participating in the most important shift in consciousness in human history. Part of the evolutionary movement is our own conscious dedication to bringing forth all the gifts, talents, skills and tools we have into the world. Through this powerful presentation together we are communicating a new reality.

Dear Ones,

As you open to the Light of this New Year, the power of Divine Love explodes within your being. Without Balance however, on the internal barometer of your emotional state, clear Harmony will not be present in your life.

It is a tussle at times to stay open while you experience often conflicting, sometimes raging, and even bliss-filled feelings and experience within your mind. The answer is to attune to your heart’s wisdom. This takes practice but at the same time, it is the only place where you can find solace in these changing times. When reality blows your mind, your feelings become the ultimate path to your heart.

The new frequencies acting within you are causing an upheaval of new, very strong currents that are affecting emotions. You are navigating a fresh river now, one called Life in the New World. Don’t be fooled by appearances — this world is NOT the same. The new world exists as a shift in dimensions, available, amorphous and malleable energy that reflects enormous power and beauty like you have never seen. It is all supported by the Realms of Awakened Consciousness working for the Earth’s evolution, empowering hundreds of millions of souls who incarnated for this purpose.

What do I call this Experience I am Having?

We are giving you a new mantra for 2013 ~ It’s only Energy! Use it as you will. Know that overwhelming feelings will become the norm within you and all around you. Intense energy frequencies can trigger feelings and when you apply old patterns of thoughts to the feelings, you can let yourself sink into states of mind that are not resourceful. When you neutralize the charge you may be experiencing with the knowing that “it’s only energy,” your awareness will help you to come into balance more quickly.

It is helpful to use your physical body to work off the excess energy by grounding it through focused activity, exercise, yoga asanas, dance, song, playfulness and of highest importance, time in Nature. When you can discipline yourself to take a breath before you react, you will find that the new frequencies are benevolent with neutral intentions. With more awareness, you will find a deep wellspring of Divine Love to nourish you. Staying there will require all the tools of Mastery you have learned to this point. All you have learned and experienced in this life and many others, has brought you to this moment of Choice. If you can apply what you know you know, life will take on a certain graceful flow. You have support to make this happen from the Illumined Realms of the Masters. Your Higher Self can assist your connection when you attune to its guidance.

Without awareness and conscious intention, you will find the opposite of Balance to be true. The Divine Love force is pushing all that is not like itself to the surface. Strong emotions are running rampant within the human psyche now. Despairing hopeless thoughts are causing a sense of powerlessness in many people, which leads to anger unabated. While the energies are so unfettered, you as Light Workers, are required to be a balancing agent for the earth’s peoples. You are so needed. Never doubt that. Your job is to ground the intense frequencies of Light so the excess energy goes to feed and nourish the Earth rather than stir unproductive actions. In time people will become more familiar with the intensity of energy and learn that it is malleable according to their intentions and focus. “Instant Karma” can be a powerful teacher. At the same time, your thoughts, actions, prayers and balanced energy will provide a structure for the New Earth lifestyle of Heart-Centered Action.

What Are You Available to Experience?

The energy frequencies of 2013 are still unsettled and respond instantly now as you create your new life. The next few years will be important for setting into motion the Harmony and Peace that most people desire to experience. On a moment to moment basis you each hold the key to the new world evolving before your very eyes. As you resonate with the Love Force, it brings Harmony and Balance to the Earth. From this place you are a radiant demonstration of an empowered system of being — a human who is blending the Light of the Divine with your physical life on Earth. You will magnetize more of the same to you and many people will be affected. You become a Balancing Agent for the New World.

Hold your frequencies high. Relinquish fear by inviting pure Divine Love to be the active agent of change in your life and in the world. Many are experiencing such a heightened level of change that it frightens them. You who have become friends with the Unknown and who are learning to ride the waves of change, provide a new resonance of Safety and Ease. The New Earth frequencies are empowered and available. Stepping into the Light of new life is as close as your breath. The support of the Unseen world is holding the space for entry into an exalted space of Love. The more time and focus you spend opening, receiving and integrating these energies, the more they become your norm. There are millions of people experiencing the exalted state of this new life. The shimmering dimensions of the new Earth are becoming stabilized by the conscious presence of so many workers for the Light. You are a part of a community of dedicated souls — hundreds of millions strong — that is powerfully creating the new world as you hold the frequencies of Divine Love together.

The Earth is in a process undergoing Divine Metamorphosis. Your presence stabilizes the new world of Love. Your focus empowers higher frequencies to bring more Harmony and Balance. Your being offers strength and gentle reminders of the Truth within the illusion of polarities and upheaval. Divine Order will prevail and Creative Solutions exist where none is apparent from a lower frequency awareness.

Your Spiritual Toolbox is filled with all that you need to work quickly in this first quarter of 2013 to set new standards and foundations for life in an accelerated world. Your experience, training and desires are stabilizing your consciousness to know what you need to do. Each of you has a special gift to offer the whole Earth consciousness. Now the Masters and Angelic beings are assisting the completion of this vast experiment in Unified Consciousness.

Your are a part of an amazingly strong, multidimensional community of souls that are working in harmony and cooperation, blazing new pathways for Peaceful existence on the earth. This community of Light Workers, near and far, hold the keys for manifestation of the New Earth life. Together you enter the temples of the heart to join the Divine Multitudes of Grace awaiting you. The realms of spirit are celebrating your willingness, and offering all manner of assistance, greater than you imagine possible.

Float Gracefully on the River of New Life

The dimensions of Divine Assistance awaiting your invitation and advancement are amazingly pure and available now. When you set your intentions to work in the River of New Life, you step into a stream of pure consciousness. You will find the currents can take you gracefully into directions and ways that fulfill the intentional requirements you set forward as necessary for your new life. When you know in advance what you are available to experience in order to thrive, the Light Fields you are setting become the framework of your life. Choose your river consciously and wisely and let the Divine Currents carry you. There is no need to paddle, only to allow the loving nudges of the Angels who are powering the vessel of your Soul’s Purpose. With their help your way will be clear and graceful.

When you enter into the choppy sections of the rivers, the waterfalls that may throw you off balance or the whirlpools that eddy in the darkness, know you are not alone. Your empowered intentions will encourage your Higher Self to gracefully center your course. If a new tributary enters the river, you will be able to ride the unfamiliar currents with Strength and Ease. If you need to take a different fork in your River of Life, you have unwavering guidance for your inspired heart-centered action.

Be willing to flow with the empowered currents of energy within the river’s surging and buoyant waters, and 2013 will completely surprise you. Sustain your balance with intention, prayer, and heart-centered action. Enjoy the cooperative support being offered to you in a whole new way from others in the Community of Light. All of Life is supporting you on your Soul’s Journey. Know that Divine Love will prevail and all is well.

The 12:12:12 Activation on December 12, 2012 will bring the highest frequencies ever encoded in the Light of the Christ Consciousness to the planet for transformation of the Earth and all beings.

Through the power of the associated gateways held open by the Archangels at the 11:11, a new force of the Christ Consciousness will be made available during the 12:12:12 Activation. The power of this awakening energy enables each person to have the experience of the Christ Light at the moment of the 12:12:12 Coding. Once experienced you will not fall back into old ways, as the Golden Christ Light literally expunges from your being frequencies that no longer serve you. Begin to use this new connection to the Christ Energy, which contains the Light Force of Healing and Compassion. Receive Forgiveness

In the Activation of the 12:12:12, Divine Forgiveness is provided for a healing of old wounds. Your job is to receive the healing by accepting forgiveness for past errors you believe you made. Allow the light of Divine Love to permeate all the old structures you built around the idea of shame and unworthiness. Forgive the attacks on yourself for having failed to do whatever you thought you “should be doing.” This new Light encoded with the Christed energy carries a frequency of healing and love. It also holds an alignment with your multi-dimensional selves in order to create more unity and wholeness within your being.

You committed spiritual warriors stepped foot on this path the moment you were born. You witnessed dedication in the world around you to all that you considered untrue. You picked up your Soul’s banner of Truth, Illumination and Expansion and began moving in directions that were met with fear and controversy. This may even have caused dissension in your family dynamics that continue to this day. Through it all you were committed to your belief in Divine Light and the process of evolution – a way that honored the sanctity of all life on Earth.

A recognition that other dimensions exist that merge and coincide with ancient wisdom and illumined Truth has pervaded your consciousness. You have been open to receive the teachings that resonated deep within your being, no matter how it appeared to others. Through the wave of rising consciousness it has taken great courage to hold strong to your beliefs. On December 12, 2012, the 12:12:12 Activation is an anchoring of all you held to be true within your soul.

Here is a prayer to assist the activation:

Divine Presence,

During this 12:12:12 Activation, I invite the Divine Love and Golden Light active in the Christ Consciousness to flow gracefully through me and anchor upon the Earth. I now ask for an awakening connection within my DNA to Divine Love, Compassion and Light from the Highest Source to the 12 strands of DNA within me creating the full helix of Light that activates my 12-chakra system. I ask for my Soul’s alignment to all the Divine Love and Light that I can receive for the good of my evolution and the evolution of the Earth at this time. I invite the assistance of the Angels, Archangels, Masters and all the beings of Light who work for my awakening to be with me in this process.

May all beings awaken to their Divine Potential and bring the presence of Divine Love into their hearts. May ever more Grace flow through us all to bless this planet. May the Earth be honored in a new way that allows our beautiful planet to thrive. May every heart feel the gifts of this loving Presence within them so Peace may prevail on Earth. Thank you God for this and all our blessings.
