Sitting at the foot of Mt. Shasta, I am filled with the majesty of Divine Presence. This sacred mountain is a vast feminine being filling the horizon and uplifting all in her vortex of power. Mt. Shasta is one of the most holy mountains on Earth, some even call her the Base Chakra of the planet. The expansiveness of beauty in this place and the abundance of Nature, gifted so freely, sparks Divine Love in and through me, and I am filled with wonder at the magnificence of this time.

This level of expansive attributes also challenges my ability to bring into conscious awareness what is transpiring around me on the planet right now, as well as through me. The desire to spend a few months in Mt. Shasta was sparked from a soul level. I have needed to find a deeper connection to Nature. These first months of 2012 have felt like being in a whirling vortex and at other times as though I am in a vehicle moving at the trajectory of the speed of Light.

My move to Mt. Shasta is all encompassing. One part is to help a friend in a health challenge and to take care of their beautiful dog and house next to the sacred mountain. Because I am here, I am blessed to spend time with a community of very evolved and welcoming souls. Part of this move has to do with more creativity in my work upleveled by Mt. Shasta’s high frequencies, with a chance to complete a book and teach at a new level. Much of my placement here is purely personal as I have been guided to create more of a framework for my feeling center and share that stronger foundation with others. We have all been deeply clearing the old patterns from our lives in order to be ready for this new time we are moving into. I have felt a strong need to live closer to Nature in a sacred place in order to nurture my abilities to receive the vast divine qualities available to all of us right now.

Trouble Digesting Life?

Soothing my solar plexus has been essential, as my digestive process seems to be fluctuating with the energy frequencies. I have heard this from others over the past few months, so I know we are all being impacted in our Solar Plexus Chakra. This is our power center where the emotional body is affected by the energies around us that may have triggered old patterns ready to be released.

The empowerment of Divine Grace is a powerful tool I can offer to myself so my feeling body has help when it needs to have more ease and safety. I have noticed that when I am having a hard time creating coherent thoughts because of the intensity of energy frequency, the soothing quality of Grace is nurturing a deep need I was not even aware of. Just calling on the sacred quality of Divine Grace to fill my entire being so it can anchor on the planet is a nurturing, soothing and powerful process for me. All will benefit when we bring more Grace to the earth.

When I sit at my altar for meditation and prayer in the morning, the crystal hanging in the window sends rainbows of light all around me. I fill myself with these rainbows and use this light during the day. I also ask for guidance. Part of my spiritual practice is to take a Gabriel Message Card every day. Over the two weeks I have been here, I have been receiving the same two messages. I cannot ignore this synchronicity and must pay attention to these words of guidance. The first is Message 29:

“Bask in the wonder of life, go deep, soar high. Follow your love and the joy of fulfillment will be yours.”

Breathe that in. And then consider Message 46:

“Walk in Beauty, live in Trust and know the Benevolent Love of God guides your way.”

It seems there is a theme and I am being encouraged to trust the process of my experience. As I open into the new energies around me, I am letting my body recalibrate to be able to function at these higher frequencies. It feels as though my nervous system is being rewired, so it would be best to gracefully allow that to happen. Resisting is not an option. So with surrender in mind, there is nothing to do but enjoy the beauty around me, plant seeds for my future, bless the process and receive the depth of love that is being offered to all of us. All will benefit from this process as our energy work not only blesses our lives but the Earth as well.

On a Planetary Level

We just experienced the Wesak Moon on May 5, the most powerful Full Moon of the year, celebrating Buddha’s enlightenment as well as opening a new pathway of Light on the planet. The nonphysical assistance we have access to during these times is brilliant. It was also a 5-5-5 Portal opening to the empowered frequencies of Divine Light energy pouring on to the Earth right now. These will be increasing right through the important 12-12-12 Portal on December 12, 2012.

As if we were not already aware of the changes affecting the planet right now, on the New Moon of May 20 a solar eclipse will take place catapulting us into new birth and completion of our past patterns. This eclipse will especially affect the balance of the feminine/masculine energy on Earth and within ourselves. Obviously the old ways do not work in any area of life that relies on our left-brain intellect to make decisions. We are being drawn into making new choices by relying on inspiration from our hearts. Science has recently discovered that our hearts actually contain more intelligence than our brains, so once again spirituality is well ahead of the mainstream in awareness of Truth.

To add to this process for bringing more Love into our lives as well as the planet, on June 5 viewed from Earth, Venus will literally transit over the sun. Since the sun empowers new life and Venus carries Divine Love, our lives are deepening into a free flow of Divinity that can move us forward in the direction of our intentional focus. This energy will not be available again in this lifetime.

To me it feels like I am learning to surf a huge wave and am getting tumbled in the process only to surface gasping air and marveling at the power of the energy forces I am experiencing. It reminds me of the prologue in Richard Bach’s brilliant little book, Illusions:

Once there lived a village of creatures along the bottom of a great crystal river. The current of the river swept silently over them all–young and old, rich and poor, good and evil, the current going its own way, knowing only its own crystal self.

Each creature in its own manner clung tightly to the twigs and rocks of the river bottom, for clinging was their way of life, and resisting the current what each had learned from birth. But one creature said at last, “I am tired of clinging. Though I cannot see it with my eyes, I trust that the current knows where it is going. I shall let go, and let it take me where it will. Clinging, I shall die of boredom.”

The other creatures laughed and said, “Fool! Let go, and that current you worship will throw you tumbled and smashed across the rocks and you will die quicker than boredom!” But the one heeded them not, and taking a breath did let go, and at once was tumbled and smashed by the current across the rocks.

Yet in time, as the creature refused to cling again, the current lifted him free from the bottom, and he was bruised and hurt no more. And the creatures downstream, to whom he was a stranger, cried, “See a miracle! A creature like ourselves, yet he flies! See the Messiah, come to save us all!” 

And the one carried in the current said, “I am no more Messiah than you. The river delights to lift us free, if only we dare let go. Our true work is this voyage, this adventure.” But they cried the more, “Savior!” all the while clinging to the rocks, and when they looked again he was gone, and they were left alone making legends of a Savior.

Our Process for 2012

To me this is our process right now – to learn to flow with big energy forces, to soothe our emotions with Divine Grace and receive ever more Love from the God Source, trusting our guidance as we let go into the River of Divine Light.

That is what 2012 is about. The world will not end on December 21, but it is feeling very different than it ever has before. It’s our job to recognize the frequency of current that helps us feel inspired into heart-centered action and call forth the qualities of consciousness that will make such action possible.

How Can I Serve this Process?

To assist our personal process of evolution, I was guided in January of 2012 to lead a seven-week course using the techniques I have learned over 40 years of spiritual practice. I called this teleconference Evolution of Consciousness 2012.

I knew we were all going to need to operate from a centered base more this year than ever before. At the same time the power of Divine Light amped its frequencies to allow us access to the Christ Consciousness and the Angelic Dimensions. This opened our beings to an expansive new 12-Chakra system connecting us literally from Heaven to Earth directly through our bodies. We need to learn to work with this new energy system for our optimum future lives.

Through our seven-week teleconference, Evolution of Consciousness 2012, we used these high frequency alignments to activate the new chakra system, bring more spiritual consciousness into our daily lives, and seed our personal futures as well as the planet with Divine Love. The response from the international group of students was so phenomenal we decided to offer the recordings and class materials so that others would be able to participate. These recordings and materials are now available to purchase.

The class members also encouraged me to continue the class for another seven weeks (Phase 2), which we completed the last week of April. Those materials will be available at a later time.

This class series with its study materials, is proving to be not only a powerful audio course but some of the most profound work I have been guided to do in this life.

Dear Ones,

When you deepen in the fire of pure awareness you create the circuitry that sparks the presence of Sacred Empowerment within you. This fire is that which is over and above all being, existing beyond consciousness, beaming forever as a sun rising in the truth of Divine Awakening.

Creation of the Sacred is born from the balanced flow of the Divine within all things. Birthing new life on a planetary scale is the awakening spark of energy facing all of humanity at this time. Choices are being offered, many forces are empowering your action in the world and multitudes of possibilities exist. Alignment with the Universal Being allows you to know what constitutes right action and you are then guided to take the steps in the world necessary for your new birth in the Grand Cycle that is awakening at this time.

The Mother Earth is experiencing the upheaval of birth and humanity is in labor with her. Are you coming to this sacred moment in a manner that honors the Divinity that exists in all of Nature, including your own being?

Birthing New Awareness

The recognition of the sacred within yourself can birth new awareness for your life. As you claim the Sacred Empowerment within you it allows the new energy to birth through your being like a catalytic spark. This connection brings the hidden to the surface, sometimes dark and ferocious, often wild and untamed, and yet above all sacred – that which is Divine, new and ancient at the same time – all there within your being.

These untouched resources within you bring new levels of creativity that can be used to reorder your life. Your actual brain circuitry is reconnected in a new way that can lead to what is called genius. New ideas, inventions and creations birth themselves from this Sacred Empowerment flowing through you and working within your world.

When polarities merge, Creation synthesizes a higher level of Life. That is the empowerment facing humanity at this time. It is easy to see and get caught up in the seemingly opposing forces, and dwell in the fear-filled drama playing around these polarities. Yet it is this very energy charged with the fire of Divinity and new life that creates the Sacred Empowerment. The Gateway can open for a Birth that transcends the opposing forces and brings them together in Divine Alchemy, the power of Unity.

All of Nature stands ready to support this state of new life. The forces of the Sacred Feminine in perpetual movement await your personal directive. The power of the Sacred Masculine stands ever ready to illuminate and embrace the new life within you awakening forces of truth and clarity. The Male and Female aspects within each person respond to the call of the Sacred. Your task becomes a daily focus on bringing them to balance and harmony.

Connecting the Sacred within You

Creating an inner connection of the Sacred Feminine and Sacred Masculine elements within your physical/emotional bodies is necessary for grounding more Divine Light onto the planet. For those who consider themselves to be Healers, Light Workers, Way Showers and Spiritual Warriors, you are now being asked to be the Midwives of New Life. Since there is no more intelligent, loving substance than Divine Light, you can bring this sacred energy into your body to create the balance and peace you are seeking. Sacred new life begins within you.

The energy centers around the lower portion of your body are key elements for creating a depth of connection with the Sacred. Within your being exists both the female and male aspects awaiting you to honor the sacred unity that exists within them. Knowing you have the spark of both aspects, no matter what your gender, allows the qualities to be used in a sacred manner.

Your female aspect is open to receive guidance and wisdom with Divine Receptivity, and is in connection to all of Nature. Your male self has the strength and steadiness to hold great levels of power. When he receives the inspiration and guidance from the feminine, he can take this energy into the world in Divine Right Action. When you honor the empowerment of both sides of your nature it allows you to be more whole and function in a more balanced way in your life. It also helps to balance your brain circuitry so your thinking processes can be more connected to your heart impulses.

Anchoring these empowered forces within the world becomes a sacred task for all humanity. Through your focused intentions, prayers, aligned actions and deep commitment to new life – inspired action is awakened in your being – a newly-conscious human is born.

You Are Never Alone

You are not alone in this. There is never a time when you are not wrapped in wings of pure love by the Angelic Dimensions and the vast forces of Illuminated Beings so committed to the awakening of humanity and the evolution of the Earth. In fact, as you allow yourself to feel safely embraced, it opens you to the Light-filled channels of Divine Love so they can pour through you. This substance of illuminated Love feeds you, nourishes you and helps you to be restored over and over again at a deeply profound level within you. This Divine Love feeds your spirit, soothes your emotional state, awakens your mind and nourishes your body. In order to feel this nourishment and empower the fire of radiant vitality deep within, you must consciously connect with the love being offered that feeds your nervous system and heart. When you offer this loving balm to the male/female aspects within you, you are healed.

The most loving act you can do for the world is to be willing to create this sacred awakening within your own being. As you become a newly empowered human, the circuitry within you radiates strength and joy. All Life is affected by the Divine Love feeding this radiation. This Sacred Empowerment acts as a catalytic spark as well as a model for Divine Grace in action in the world – you standing as a Whole, Universally connected human being. This is the gift the world so needs now, humanity empowered by Sacred Balance and Harmony, Peace within and without each person. All of Nature, including you, will be able to thrive in this Sacred Empowerment within you being offered as your gift to the world.

Walking in beauty means to allow the awareness that there is beauty in this world to bubble to the surface, so you can be conscious of the great beauty of God’s creation.  One flower holds as much of the key to universal knowledge as does a whole field of flowers.

Do all you can to be aware of the beauty around you and to bring more beauty into your world.  Bringing that one flower into your home can brighten the day, as the spiritual essence in that flower permeates your world.  Look for beauty every day and be grateful for all that you find.

Living in trust means that deep within there is an inner knowing that you are never alone, and that the Angels are working for you in your life.  As you give your life to God and pray that Divine will be done, you can trust in the appropriate outworking in every situation for the highest good of all concerned.  Living in trust means accepting what is apparent in your life, and making a claim for the Divine Order which is inherent in every situation.  Living in trust allows the Angels to comfort and inspire you so you can receive support in every area of your life.

When you know the benevolent love of God guides your way, there is a beacon of light to follow.  This love is the most powerful force for good in the universe.  This love creates peace and harmony in the heart and soul of each person who remembers.  Allow faith in this statement to permeate every cell of your being.  You are always guided by God’s love and you are never alone.  You can call on this love at any time and know truly it is there for you.

Dear One,

Your heart will provide the guidance you are seeking when you blend the worlds of spirit and matter within your life. As you claim Unity in a world of polarity, it creates an empowered connection to the Source of all Light. Increasing frequencies of Divine Love are elevating your consciousness in ways that allow greater Truth to surface from your heart, the seat of your intuition. To consciously empower the energy frequencies in which you live, create clear intentions that let the Divine know what you are available to experience in your life. The fields of potential around you will then begin to expand exponentially.

All is frequency. The accelerated rates of energy that heighten awareness are so malleable that extraordinary results can be seen in your life in a very short amount of time. It requires your taking responsibility for your thoughts and feelings in such a way that your magnetic field only radiates the life you are choosing to live in. Your heart is a powerful guide in this process. As the human expansion into multidimensional consciousness explodes in the arena of the human heart and mind, new chakras are opening within your being.

One of these energy centers is what can be called the Sacred Heart. It has also known as the Magnetic Heart, the High Heart or the Seat of the Soul. Located behind the sternum in the area of your thymus gland, this energy center can open new doorways to Christed awareness. You can increase the frequencies in this chakra by consciously filling that area with Divine Love every day as a spiritual practice.

Just imagine that this area contains a Sacred Vessel that you can fill with the Light of Divine Love as a pure elixir of God’s Grace, a Divine Substance. Not only does this empower connections to your intuitive knowing and creative awareness, but your physical being will also resonate with these heightened frequencies. You can create an inspiring image of a beautiful crystal chalice in the area of your High Heart. As you place your palms on your chest, and breathe into this area, a very simple prayer of invitation can be used, such as:

“Divine Presence, with every breath I take, fill my Sacred Heart with Divine Love and Illuminate my heart with your Grace. Thank you.”

Your thymus gland responds to this Divine Light by expanding so it can take in more Divine Substance. This increases the T-cell count in your body thus empowering your immune system. This process allows you to assist your physical body to learn how to manage the new heightened energy frequencies the Earth has been experiencing during her ascension process.

The Ascension Process

This ascension process of the Earth started to increase at the Harmonic Convergence, August 16 and 17, 1987. The 25 years since that time, a vast experience of raising consciousness, has been broken into 3 distinct time periods. From 1987 to 1996, there was a ten-fold increase in the frequencies of accelerated energies each year. Many world-altering events occurred as you witnessed massive parts of the world reorganizing into smaller, freedom-oriented pockets of independence. Those old enough to remember the changes that took place personally may remember the new ideas that seemed cosmic in orientation such as the awareness of the Angelic Dimensions suddenly coming into the forefront of people’s awareness. Even though exploited for financial gains, the mass consciousness began to include the presence of Angelic Light Beings that are here to assist planetary evolution.

Awareness of the need to preserve and conserve the Earth’s resources became much more pervasive in the consciousness of many people as well as the weather changes that were occurring. The beginning of the information age and the Internet came into being. More information about what was happening on both a cosmic level as well as behind the prevailing news started to become more important.

From 1997 to 2006, the energy increased one-hundred fold yearly and people became more aware of Truths needing to be brought out into the open, mistrust of government institutions awakened. Wars became commonplace reflecting the inner chaos within most people’s minds. Emotional states were fluctuating as fear-based consciousness began to pervade the airways. As pressure from the heightened energy frequencies continued, people immersed themselves in the new technologies. Although often intended to help manage the masses of information, for many it has been used to evade the mounting pressure.

From 2007 to 2012, the waves of heightened energy frequencies pushing the evolution of consciousness are increasing by the day. The mass awareness of the link between our realities and our thoughts has become more clear. Greater polarities exist as that which has been dark and hidden was brought forward into the light of awareness. In the process, people have become so immersed in fear of the future or the mass changes occurring in their daily worlds that some are missing out on the opportunities presented by the highest frequencies of spiritual energy ever known in this world. The ways to manage an accelerated life lie completely in the spiritual realms. Humans are being asked to ground Divine Light into their lives in a way that brings more simplified and subtle changes. Miraculous occurrences, synchronicities and empowered energy hookups are being provided for those who are paying attention.

Where Can I Find Peace?

The world can be so busy and distracting that the simplicity of spiritual grace can be overlooked. The beauty of Truth and Love is being trampled in fear of loss when your greatest initiation in higher consciousness at this point in time may lie in the questions: How much Divine Love can I receive, and how do I want it to change my life?

Nothing can be accomplished by moving faster. Allowing yourself the quiet moments your Soul is longing for can create great depth and purpose for life. These times require an integration of the accelerated energy now flowing into your being. You cannot move at the speed of Light yet, but you can open your heart and mind to receive this Divine Light and then use it to empower and clarify your life.

It requires you to treat yourself with compassion and respect. There has never been a time like this on Earth and you are doing the best you can. Believe in yourself and trust your intuition to show you what makes your heart sing with happiness. Your heart is becoming your compass in this New Earth time. Use it to chart your actions in the world. When you bring in the Light Force of Divine Love, it empowers your body and mind to respond to the guidance available in these higher energy frequencies. Open your mind to Faith.

The greatest challenges you face in your life require the greatest trust to truly know that the Divine Presence will not only take care of you, but every situation in the world that you are concerned with. You live in a benevolent Universe, and you have unlimited assistance to enable you to meet this time with guidance, strength. You are not alone and miracles await your invitation. If not now, just WHEN did you think you would need Faith?

Dear One,

You are always receiving Divine Love whether you “tune in” or not. Imagine how much greater the love can be when you consciously pay attention to the flow of Divinity within you. This attunement process is not difficult but it takes reminders and awareness to take the steps required, when in the midst of your busy life.

Overflowing love awaits the opening of a door to conscious awareness. When you can slow the forward motion of your life long enough to breathe and receive this love, a level of attunement is there for you. This action will bring you a sense of protection and well being that adds a dimension of joy to daily life. When you allow yourself the moment to receive Divine Love, you can open up your awareness to receive the guidance you desire for any situation in your life.

A rapidly changing world is asking for all people to live from a heightened state of awareness if they want inner harmony. You often have no time for long retreats in natural environments or deep solitude available. When one desires more acute connection to spirit, there needs to be a place of instant attunement. As the frequencies of energy increase on the planet, it can cause disruption in the nervous system as the body adjusts. You may feel as though you are “over-amping” from the flow of heightened energy in your circuits. This feeling can be interpreted as anxiety or the desire for frantic movement. You may have requirements for major life decisions with little information, in short time periods. A deep sense of centered truth and connection to your inner guidance will go a long way to relieving the mind that frets in the midst of the Unknown.

The Breath of the Heart

Taking time to create this deep connection would seem paramount right now. It is often useful to create an imaginary scene, a serene place where you can lift your mind from its burdens of the moment. For many, having a physical action that can be repeated will provide a connection that transcends mind, body and spirit. Doing both can release you into a new conditioned state of harmony in a very short time. When the mind is frantic, bringing your hands to your heart and breathing into the warmth of your palms can begin a process known in physics as entrainment. Spiritually you are attuning your entire being to the beat of your heart, which connects you deeply to God’s Love. As you slow your breaths, you begin to balance your heartbeats and your breath. This rhythmic breathing pattern will begin to calm your mind, and bring a sense of harmony to your body in a short amount of time when it becomes a familiar ritual.

Masters have given mantras, prayers or phrases for centuries to open the heart to God’s love. Using a phrase when you breathe into your heart is offering yourself assistance that brings you into a more centered state. At the time, you may be only able to croak, “Help me Angels.” Even so, know that whatever you say will be enough, if your intention is to receive loving support and guidance in that moment.

Sometimes the most difficult thing for a person to do is be open to receive and allow love and support to enter your life. To have balance, you need to be able to receive as well as give. It is a primary law of the Universe, this balance between giving and receiving. There are legions of Angels waiting to assist you if you but ask. You have a Divine spark of God that links you to your most sacred, eternal self within your being. When you receive this love with full awareness, you will experience a tremendous shift within. This can lead to a sense of harmony and well being in your self. You will know you are protected and cared for eternally. It is all there for you if you allow yourself to receive help. Sometimes the support of the Universe can come in the form of a friend or a family member. It often accompanies a synchronous moment of being in the right place at the right time. Your willingness to receive is the key.

The Practice of Receiving

Imagine how different you would feel if you could truly believe the truth of how much you are loved? What if your body could gain a sense of knowing this deep within your heart? What if your mind could relax knowing you are being guided and protected, cared for eternally? This is possible with a bit of practice. Experiment with this idea by taking a moment often to place your hands on your heart. God’s love consists of Divine Light and pure Intelligence. Breathing this power into your heart as often as you can, starts a connecting process within you, enabling a deep attunement with the Universal principles of Clarity and Wisdom. You can even ask for these qualities of consciousness to be within you. Breathe in Clarity. Breathe out confusion. Breathe in Wisdom. Breathe out frustration. Breathe in Love. Breathe out fear. Breathe in support. Breathe out feeling alone.

Your heart is beating in unity with the heart of God. Receive from the wellspring of Divine Grace from this place within you and you will be receiving guidance and love. You can have a sense of being guided where you need to go. You will know intuitively who to talk to and your inner truth will be more clear. Through this simple process, you have attuned yourself to a higher frequency of energy that allows you to live in harmony and alignment to the Universal flow of Intelligence and Right Action.

If you need words to say, as you breathe into the warmth of your hands on your heart, here is a suggestion from the Angelic Dimensions, Divine Presence, I NOW receive your love and light into my heart. Thank you for guiding and directing my actions and thoughts. I am in alignment with my Highest Good, and I gratefully receive your support.

You can close with a traditional, prayerful “Amen,” or another Thank You. Your gratitude opens doors to receiving God’s Love. This awakening Presence is more available than ever before. Your heart holds the key to the Love and Guidance you are always receiving. It is for you to… Make it So.

There are moments in our lives when declaring our intention becomes very important. It is different than reciting our material goals. Our intentions draw to us the qualities we want manifested in our lives. It has been said that we can know our intentions by the results we see around us. The power of intention works whether it is conscious or not. During this time of accelerated growth during 2012 and beyond, making a conscious statement about what qualities we are choosing for our lives becomes paramount.

Once we make a statement of Intention to the Universe, this clarity of focus is released. It begins to work in the energy around us and manifest directly in our world by the Law of Attraction. An intention is the arrow sent directly to the Creator of our lives. When we make the statement, it is doing our part by pulling back the string of the bow and releasing our arrow to manifest the creative solutions we desire.

Never before has there been a time when the Power of Intention is so strong. Be direct and clear about what you want in your world. If there are material needs, know what qualities these will bring to you, and start asking for those qualities directly. For instance, if you want more money, consider asking for the qualities of stability and material security. Know that all your needs are met with grace and ease. Make your statements from a higher perspective, calling in those qualities you want and being clear what you are willing to give back.

Do not forget the grace that comes with gratitude. An attitude of gratitude is the quickest way to lift our spirits by increasing the frequency of vibration within and around us.

Intentions can be stated in many forms. Usually I consider it more workable to make your intentional statements in broader terms rather than being focused on form. We don’t want to limit the good the Universe is offering to us. I believe something greater than we imagine is available to us, so I use statements such as:

My work totally supports me on all levels. I work with Joy and Ease, and love the Creative Flow that inspires me. I am grateful that my God-given talents and abilities are being used to enrich my life and bless the world.

I was first introduced to affirmations in 1974. They are very valuable to use when the mind is stuck in negativity, so you can focus on what you really do want. Intentional statements can be used as a mantra to give your mind something positive to focus on. In the Eastern traditions the use of mantra is very valuable for this very reason. When Gandhi was killed his last words were the name of God in the form of Rama. He had been using that mantra his whole life so it became so ingrained that at the moment of death he could remember to say God’s name. In India this is considered a very auspicious action.

Because the energy frequencies have intensified, your mind has also increased in activity. It is very powerful to refocus it on what your really want to experience in life. The man who gave me this mantra was over 90, his face was glowing and he had no wrinkles. I decided I wanted whatever he had. Even though it has been over 30 years, I can still remember my first affirmation and pull it into consciousness when needed.

Living in God’s Will my life is filled with Harmony and Serenity, Love and Peace, Joy and Laughter, Health and Well-being, Truth and Success. My life is beautiful. I feel wonderful. All is progression. I look for good in every one and everything.

We can make our intentions from a prayerful state. We can offer intentions as affirmations. We can ask directly for the qualities we want to have manifest in our lives. We can also make intentions from a place of gratitude as if they were already accomplished. Perhaps you might even like to make a covenant with God.

Here is an example of a covenant I made in the 1980s:

I dedicate my life to planetary healing, to bringing more Light and Peace to the world, and to serve God through serving others. I ask to live my life in Love, Joy, Beauty, Peace and Abundance. I give thanks for the Wisdom, Guidance and Love that continually lights the path to my greater good. And so it is.

This is an intention I made this morning:

I give thanks for Union within me with all aspects of myself. As I love and accept myself, I know I attract greater levels of Love and Support in all my relationships.

One of my friends who has taken classes with me for a number of years, has her intentions honed to a science. I am sharing a few with you:

I feel safe and comfortable in every aspect of my life and on all levels (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual).

I feel balanced, clear and connected to the Divine at all times.

Creative Solutions are readily and easily available to me at all times, and are easy to implement quickly.

My home is neat, clean, comfortable and inviting.

With a bit of creativity, I am sure you will be able to open deeply and allow the desires of your heart to inspire your most powerful intentions. Ask for assistance with this and all the forces of the Universe align themselves behind you.

In the coming years Divine Light will be the most graceful and powerful tool for Transformation. What better way to eliminate darkness in every corner of your life than to fill it with Light?

Divine Light carries the Intelligence of God as well as Divine Love. It knows where to go and what to do for your Highest Good. The first thing you can do in every challenging situation is to bring Light into it to create positive change.

One of the most transformative tools I have been given in my 40 years of spiritual practice is the Angelic Alignment. Archangel Gabriel gave it to me in 1990 to help me cultivate receptivity and to gain access to the practical, inspired wisdom he was offering me. I have been doing this exercise nearly every day for over 20 years, and it has become a powerful way to become centered and connected.

People of the world, unite in Divine Love, and let your hearts sing together in the Light of true Peace.

The now infamous year of 2012 allows you many new opportunities to be what you came on earth to be. The responsibility you hold as Light Workers means that you are here to bring more Light through you to the Earth, and ground the evolutionary frequencies. Your willingness to work with Divine Light has been one of the powerful ways this new consciousness has been born onto the planet.

The new higher frequencies you carry are transforming your very being. As you allow these Spirals of Light-filled Consciousness to be integrated within you a newborn, complete 12 Chakra system is created for your evolution. These energy frequencies radiate through you and out to the planet. Through your agreement to carry new frequencies of Divine Light, you are literally changing the world.

So many are asking, “what is my Soul’s purpose?” We must answer; you are here to hold new frequencies of Light and to anchor them into the Earth. As you do this all, including the Earth, will evolve. This allows the particular form of your purpose to manifest in a more fertile environment in which you can work. Know that you are not limited in this process. Your declaration of intention will create the hookups necessary with the forces of Light working through you. In the meantime, dedicate yourself to creating alignment with the new elevation of your chakra system so you can ground and embody the manifestation of these energy frequencies in the world.

The support systems becoming available through this new evolution of energy systems are magnificent. As close as your thoughts, as near as your breath, you are interacting with higher frequencies of Intelligence and Love. The Christ Light shines as a brilliant Star of Consciousness that can be invited through your energy centers. Allow your very personal energy system to be lit up by this star. Through you this Divine Consciousness can be anchored into the Soul of the Earth, the deep and vital connection with your new 1st chakra. Know that it is safe to carry these frequencies of Light. Your energy system is evolving to allow you to use this awareness.

Bless all the Situations Within and Around You with Divine Light

Confusion and chaos around you may seem more intense. The truth of what it means to have an evolution of consciousness becomes more clear when fear is released and you allow yourself to stay in the present moment. Within the power of the Now you are cared for completely. You can trust that the consciousness you carry within your energy fields attracts the same to you in the future. Bringing Light into your present moment and staying in touch with your inner guidance system inspires heart-centered action moment to moment. Your clarity about the world you intend to inhabit and your intention for bringing more Light into every situation provide the keys to connection with this heightened guidance system.

You will be working with all the spiritual tools you have ever been given, and plenty of new ones, as the year evolves. Know that the years that follow 2012 are equally important. The shift in consciousness will not stop at the end of this famous year. After the upheaval and change in systems on a personal inner level, the physical plane must reflect the change in consciousness. This usually takes a longer period as new structures are put into place. That is why your grounded awareness and commitment to embody the new light frequencies becomes an important focal point of this new time. You cannot force things to happen. It is a lesson for you in allowing the creation of your highest intention to evolve in more beneficial ways than you can imagine.

But it will not be done for you. You are the ones who create the new world by your willingness to hold the new frequencies of Light, Divine Love and Universal Awareness. When you take it a step at a time, it will not be overwhelming. One more important thing for you to remember is, there has never been a time when you have so much Divine assistance as you have now and throughout 2012. Miracles occur when the Forces of Light are invited to assist the process.

Here is a prayerful suggestion for you:

Divine Presence, God, Goddess, All That Is,

Surround me with the Light of your protection. Fill me with the Light of your Love. Let this Light align my being with Divine Intelligence. Allow my body to receive and gracefully integrate these frequencies to assist my spiritual evolution. As I embody these new energy frequencies, I ask to be a grounded presence that anchors Light and Love. Let me be a blessing to assist the earth in receiving the respect and sanctity she deserves.

May all beings find Love in their hearts and allow Divine Love to motivate their actions. May Peace prevail within all people and all communities. And may the world leaders receive the Grace of Divine Intelligence and bless the world with their Peace-filled presence. May we always live in Harmony with each other and with the Earth.

Dear One,

When you resolve to let go of fear, an amazing energy is set into motion.  It is as though hands of Angels join together in circles of light around you, keeping you protected and nurtured.  When you walk, you are carried by these Angels “lest you strike your foot against a stone,” as is said in Psalm 91.

Sometimes letting go of fear can feel as though you are walking off a cliff.  It is often necessary to take this large step in order to make the greatest progress in your life.  When your intention is to serve the Highest Good in all you do, and when you have the willingness to move through your fear of the unknown, this step off a cliff will be into the arms of these magnificent beings of light.  Angels will assist you to fly to the heights of grandeur and to the depths of peace.

The saying “there is nothing to fear but fear itself” is true.  Fear can play in your imagination until you are immobilized.  From this place you can easily sink into the pits of despair.  It will feel as though you are not moving toward your destiny, and that is the most fear-filled place of all.  This fear will play upon your issues of worthiness, because in your heart you want most of all to add value to the world.

Know truly that you were created to be happy.  Feeling joy is one of the greatest tasks you have in your life.  You are here to do great things, and this can be as simple as loving others and bringing more peace and joy to the world.  When you have joy as your intention, you will be shown what you have to do.

Practice

Take some time to sit quietly and breathe in a balanced way.  Imagine that you are standing on a mountain top.  It is the highest peak around you.  It is so high that eagles are flying below where you are standing.  There is a magnificent sunrise lighting up the sky and surrounding your body with golden light.

From this pinnacle of light, you offer yourself to serve God in the world and you ask for courage to do whatever it takes.  Call on the Angels for assistance to be all you can be.  At this moment you hear the sound of wings and you notice the light becoming even brighter.  You are surrounded by Angels and you feel your fear melting with their love.  They are holding out their hands to you.  It is such a reach to touch them, it is difficult to keep your footing.  In order to touch the hands of the Angels, you know you are going to have to take a step off the cliff.  You feel all the old fears beginning to surface again.  This time, you will not give in to fear.  Your conviction to have love and joy in your life and to serve in the world is greater than the fear.  You take a deep breath, and look into the eyes of the Angels surrounding you.  You see a hand of light reaching toward you and a beaming presence of love smiling at you.  The Angels are saying they believe in you, they love you, and know you can do whatever you want.  In this moment you know that the safety of that which is familiar cannot bring you the joy and the power of love you are feeling from the Angels.  Looking at the hands being offered, you let the love you are feeling in your heart uplift you, and you reach your own hands toward the Angels of Light.  You take the first step.

In this moment of free fall, your heart begins to pound.  But it is only an instant before arms hold you and you feel yourself being transported into the light.  The Angels are taking you with them. Let yourself imagine what it would be like to fly with the Angels.  Feel the warmth of the sun, the wind in your hair and let yourself be held and led where they will take you.  Know in your heart it is to your greatest good.  Allow yourself to fly with the Angels.  Feel the freedom that is there for you and let Divine love fill your heart.

Take a look at where you are held back by fear, and see the darkness there.  Are you willing to have it be different now?  There is help for you.  Angelic assistance is available.  This simple visualization exercise can have miraculous results.  It is your choice to take the first step by being willing to have a miracle change your life.

It is time for you to decide.  Do you want to serve God and let the Angels help you fly?  Are you willing to have miracles and joy fill your life?  Do you believe miracles are possible and Angels exist?  If your answer is yes – know that…

These times call for greater commitment to the truth of Happiness. We are assuring you that there is no requirement for suffering. In fact your birthright is to live in harmony with the earth, to feel Divine Love in your being and the power of Life Force surging through you in ever increasing waves. This is the energy of the Christ Light. Allow it to spark every cell in your body and increase love in your being. As you do this, you become a radiant light. It shines forth from you and you become the Light to the world that the earth needs right now. It is a choice for you to make moment to moment. It requires only the intention for harmony in your life, and a mental flip of the switch within your thoughts.

Becoming a Light to the world is not arrogant. When one carries conscious awareness of these truths, it becomes your duty. As the apparent darkness of chaos and fear are so obvious, what could the world need more than Light? At this Christmas time the Light of the Christ energy is more available than ever before. This Light-filled blessing carries the energy of Divine Love into your heart and out into your world.

Feel this Light in you and share it with others. It holds the divine qualities of Wisdom and Love. Send Light to your government and the world leaders. Send Light to areas of suffering in the world. Send it to those who work hard to ease the suffering in those places. Send Divine Light to the environment, and to all the living beings that are not human on this beautiful planet. This Light-filled energy brightens and reconfigures the power that inspires you into Heart Centered Action. Working with Divine Light is one way to bring harmony to the world and overcome despair. Light carries God’s Love which is the greatest healer of all and it will change the course of the world’s activity when enough of this energy is focused. And remember, you are not alone.

And Then There Were Angels

As we celebrate the gifts of this Christmas season, there are many who remember the Angels during this time more than at any other time of the year. There are legions of Angels gathering ever nearer the earth now, drawn by the prayers and the thoughts of so many people. This is a tremendous blessing that opens your heart to more love and allows your mind to receive a greater level of Grace.

In ancient times, people were very receptive to the presence of Angels. The Bible is full of references to Angelic appearances. However, at no time is there more mention of the presence of Angels than before the birth of the Christ child.

Angels foretold the birth of the Christ onto the earth, and appeared to the wise men before they made their journey.  There is a mass awakening of spiritual consciousness on the planet at this potent time in history as well.  As people turn more and more to prayer, and seek Divine Love in their lives, the dire prophecies lose their power.  When you believe that peace can be present on earth, your faith touches others, and they begin to believe.  In this way, thought-by-thought, one by one, the people of the earth will begin to experience the peace that passes all understanding.  Never doubt the power that one person can hold.

As people turn toward Christmas, hearts are opened for the birth of the Christ Light within.  This light filled energy brings the qualities so many seek to receive.  There is an expansive sense of Joy; a deep abiding Peace and more Love than has been experienced at any other time of the year.

You can call upon Divine Light to illuminate your mind and heart so you act as a Beacon of Light.  The earth needs all those souls who believe in the power of this mass awakening.  As you open to new possibilities in your own life, you may feel the protective presence of Angel’s wings surrounding you in love.  As you become aware of the power of Divine Love, it allows the Christ Light to awaken within you and radiate from you. You then become a Light to the world.  This is the way to Peace on Earth and Good Will among all beings.

Angels are here now in this precious time. Once again these messengers from God are saying, “Rejoice!  Awaken to the birth of the Christ Light within you. Feel our wings surrounding you in Divine Love and know that you are not alone.”

Let this Divine Light fill you now. Allow it to enlighten your mind and heart, and illuminate every cell and fiber of your being. Your willingness and openhearted acceptance of this Divine Love blesses your body, mind and spirit. Receive the gift of the Angels and the Light of the Christ is born within you this Christmas season.  Let Divine Light shine forth from you so there may truly be Peace on Earth and Good Will between all beings.
