Hello from Mt. Shasta,

We have all taken a turn in the tides since 12/21/12, the Winter Solstice that impacted the world so greatly. It has been fascinating to watch the changes as the world unfolds for 2013. 

The most obvious change was my move to Mt. Shasta of course, which has been highlighted by what I am calling my “Knock your Sox off Moments of Exalted Beauty.” Clearly my senses have been heightened by the shift in consciousness we have all made since 12/21, and I am grateful to have moved to the smaller town of Mt. Shasta which has a very high vibration. This has allowed my molecules to rearrange themselves in the new 2013 frequencies.

Two days after I moved in there was a winter storm bringing 4 feet of snow, followed by weeks of sunny dry weather. Mt. Shasta came out from behind the clouds in all her glory, impressed upon the deep blue sky in miraculous relief, crowned in peaks of white, white snow that sparkled and glowed in the clear sunlight. I found I could walk into town to get a video or visit the local market when driving was too icy. My treks out onto the snow-covered fields have felt exalted, and happiness has been bubbling from my heart from the experience of this immense beauty.

At the same time there has been an obvious deepening in my awareness of the sacred grounds I walk upon, and the sanctity of the waters that pour in great abundance from the Earth around Mt. Shasta. One day while visiting the headwaters of the Sacramento River to fill my daily drinking water bottles, my consciousness was transformed by the presence of 4 Native men. One man had a drum and was chanting to the waters and the earth, then offering tobacco before loading his jugs with pure water. This impressed me so much that I have made my prayers before I fill my water bottles more exuberant and made sure I consciously offer my gratitude to the Earth Mother for the abundant flow of her pure waters. I also pray for all the waters of the earth to be purified at the same time. Observing the Native man’s prayers that day also affected me more acutely because on that day I was feeling tense from some work I was doing, and was having difficulty grounding the excess energy. While he chanted I sat in the snow and just received the energy of his prayers and gratitude to the Divine. The transformation I experienced in my consciousness that day has stayed with me for weeks, and allowed me to bring higher frequencies into my work just as I have intended. The Earth seems to be calling us to offer her our gratitude and blessings in this new time. I know that this makes a difference by lifting the vibrational frequencies within and around us.

Spiritualizing my Life

Since 12/21/12, it has become abundantly clear that I am learning how to spiritualize my daily life so there is no separation. This has been a goal of mine for many years, and though it has been mostly successful, clearly 2013 has brought the manifestation of this intention to a new level of opportunity. Intuition is more available so life has become more seamless in many ways, and the heartfelt connection I have experienced to myself and my work has been magical. I have wanted my work to be my spiritual practice, and my home to reflect the spiritual qualities that most inspire me. Now in my new Temple Home in Mt. Shasta, it is clearly unfolding in just that way as I am bringing my spiritual tools into my daily life. We are being gifted with Heart Centered Action this year, according to Archangel Gabriel, and each of us is learning what that means to us.

Because I moved into a new space I wanted to incorporate lifetime’s of spiritual tools into creation of a home/office that was also a Temple holding the power of the Spiritual Practice I have adopted over 40 years. It has become a reflection of Matrix Technology using Light Fields to anchor the spiritual principles I believe in. Consciously choosing each thing I kept in my space became a powerful discipline as the altars slowly took over the entire apartment. I anchored Love in each of the corners with rocks and large uncut stones. I anchored the entire building I live in with powerful intentions. (Since it is in the shape of an H, I anchored Health, Harmony, Humor and Happiness into each corner). Wanting to charge up my apartment with high vibrational energy, I have been playing Sanskrit chants from the day I moved in. I anchored the sacred geometric shape of an octahedron in the center of my living space, pulling in all the corners of the apartment so it is all one dedicated space. My home/temple/work space is not only dedicated to manifestation of Unity and Oneness in all things, it is also dedicated to Beauty. I used Light Fields of Beauty, so that everywhere I look is beautiful. This uplifts me in such an amazing way that it adds to my “happiness quotient.” (I have been inspired by the stories about the government of Butan measuring the happiness of the people in that country as a measure of its success. It seems like we should all have that as a measurement for our lives.)

All of these intentions for my new home in Mt. Shasta are not really new in my life, as I have made the effort to create this sort of life for many years. What is magical about the time since 12/12/12 is that it is unfolding with Grace and Ease, and my HIgher Self is bringing me intuitive ideas on what my next heart-centered action will be. I have been able to float in a relatively, a surprisingly peaceful, spacious state of being as I am doing what needs to be done next. I am loving the way this feels so much that it sets the boundaries very clearly for what I am available to experience in my life. There is a sense of the fullness of Divine Presence within and around me that I want to have as my natural state of being, all the time. When I am not in alignment with this integral state, it is very clear. And it is also clear what I need to do to shift the state. The answer is always to raise my vibrational frequency. How I do that varies tremendously, which comes back to using the spiritual tools I have received over the years.

The fact that I have been amassing so much information, techniques, practices, and experiences in my spiritual toolkit has made it clearly obvious that I have to use it every day in order to create a life that works for me on many levels. What if I were really awake and I did not have to wait until I felt more like I was “finished” before I just live in the way I know is best for me. My life encompasses all that I enjoy and integrates all the parts of me that will need work perhaps as long as I have a body. I want to feel grounded and earthy as well as intensely pure and exalted in consciousness. In 2013 it is time to have it all. The caveat is that our intentions must be very clear to live in the realms of Divine Presence while we have our feet on the ground and connect to the core vitality of the Earth that sustains us.

Another demonstration of 2013 is the ability to experience lower frequencies of 3D awareness without being affected emotionally, as in the past. I can notice the difference between my 5D reality and 3D and seem to be able to live in both. This allows me to maintain strength in my boundaries as well as my ability to maintain Observer Mode without sinking into whatever is transpiring. Because it has been so organic,I am imagining that it has something to do with the Light Field of Safety and Grace that I have intended to live in. While I know intellectually that God keeps me safe and the Angels watch over me, my body still carries some old fear no matter how much work I have done. Living in a field of Safety has been a tremendous advantage. Adding Grace to my Light Field makes everything easier for me as well.

Early in the wee hours of the morning of 2013, I was awakened with the words, Welcome to 2013, a year so malleable that you are literally creating it as you live. It will be Equinox before this year can morph more clearly into what it will reveal. At the same time this means that your thoughts, prayers and intentions have immense power. As the energy of 2013 solidifies from its previous state of “warm jello,” I am using the power of my intentions to create a life that allows me to thrive in 2013.  We are participating in the most important shift in consciousness in human history. Part of the evolutionary movement is our own conscious dedication to bringing forth all the gifts, talents, skills and tools we have into the world. Through this powerful presentation together we are communicating a new reality.

From the beginning of my association with Archangel Gabriel in 1990, the messages I received were full of CAPITALS. There were words I did not commonly use, such as Harmony, Joy, Wellbeing, Beauty, Peace — and always Light. He said these were qualities of spiritual consciousness and when I used them and integrated them into my being, my life would be transformed.

It took more training to translate these “vague” ideals into the factual awareness that those very words impacted the magnetic fields surrounding my body. I then discovered there were magnetic fields around every cell within my body, including my DNA. I was told that lifting my vibrational frequency attracted these qualities of consciousness into my daily life.

Archangel Gabriel gave me many reminders of the importance of using different ways to raise my energy frequencies. (See archived message here.) They were curiously similar to what my guru taught me more than a dozen years before. Certain activities that had become a part of my spiritual practice for years took on a greater relevance with these new messages.

I had been taught to create a sacred space where I would go every day so it could build energy. The idea being that once I created a place that is holy to me used only for prayers, meditation and other sacred activities, my vibrational frequency would automatically increase when I go to that area. Having a sacred space not only enhanced my spiritual practice, it allowed me to have a special place for my new Angelic communion and brought more of my spiritual life into my daily world.

It Must Be Real Because Science Can Prove It

Although it has been a common teaching in Eastern spiritual traditions for centuries, I find it interesting that scientists recognize the value of this practice because they are able to measure the energy frequencies in those areas now. They call our sacred places “conditioned space.”

Chanting, flowers, candles, incense were all ways I had been taught to raise my spiritual vibration. But then, Archangel Gabriel began adding these delicious words that I could melt into, allowing them to seep into the depths of my being. They then became more than words, more than spiritual principles — they became the living fields of energy in which I could live, move and have my being.

I began to find that these capitalized words, such as Wellbeing, Freedom, Divine Love, Joy and Peace, hold a high spiritual vibration that can be enhanced by raising frequencies in and around my body. I was told that as our magnetic fields become more clear, we begin to radiate those spiritual qualities through our beings. Gabriel called this becoming a “Radiant Being of Light.”

Living in Radiance

When we are living in the radiance of these high frequencies of spiritual consciousness, we become a magnet for more of this supportive, empowering energy through the Law of Attraction. The qualities of consciousness in words like Beauty, Harmony, and Empowerment, become the fields of energy active in our lives. To achieve more happiness in life, it becomes essential to create a life that accentuates those possibilities through activating our magnetic fields with the energy of the goodness represented in these Spiritual Principles.

The same laws can apply to the creation of negative situations. A conditioned space can also be one of sad memories, anger or fear. Through our thoughts, words and activities we can create more negative fields around us that will attract these same energies with increasing regularity.

In this recent time of acceleration, we are shifting our dimensions and collapsing time in such a way that we can create instant manifestation in our lives. For the sake of our Happiness and Wellbeing, and for that of the planet, it becomes essential to stay in qualities that uplift our consciousness and provide more Beauty and Harmony to our daily lives.

Archangel Gabriel offers some visual practices for you:

Dear Ones,

We are not saying that you can think Wellbeing and that is all you have to do. We are asking you to receive the Divine Quality of Wellbeing into every cell. We are asking you to drink Wellbeing into your very DNA. We are suggesting you allow the Divine Energy of Wellbeing to permeate the magnetic fields of your body, flow through to your feet and anchor deeply into the core of the Earth. If you could do this, it would give you the capacity to become a Living Magnet for all you need in your life.

Imagine for a moment what it would be like to be a living magnet. Consider the image of a Lighthouse – a very tall and sturdy place with a continuous beacon radiating very strong and brilliant light into the world. Use your vision and your prayerful intention to place the qualities of consciousness that you most need in your life within this Lighthouse. In this way it will become your personal Beacon of Happiness, Wellbeing, Harmony, Joy, Beauty, Empowerment, Peace, Prosperity — all the Divine Attributes that you most want to manifest in your life.

When you become clear about the divine qualities you want to receive from the Pure Field of Potential, you can connect deeply with your Higher Self to bring them to you. The longing of your soul vying for your attention caused the discontent you have been experiencing. When you are connected to your Higher Self, the form your life takes may be different from what you imagine, but it will fulfill you to the core of your being. It’s important not to narrow the possibilities for Divine Potential to take care of your every need in miraculous ways.

For Example

What if you were feeling as if you wanted to move somewhere new? You may feel restless; a feeling of discontent is stirring within you. You are willing to move, but you have no idea where you want to go or how you could do it. Before you get to frustration, remember your Lighthouse. This Beacon of Light is now open to receive. It is a link to your soul and aligned with God’s will for your life. This Beacon of Light becomes a living magnetic field of attraction and it is very personal. You can now program your needs into your Lighthouse.

If you desire a new home, think of what you would need to be happy there. Perhaps you would need Stability, Peace, a Community of like-minded souls, Right Livelihood that fulfills you, Beauty that inspires you. Those would be the Divine Attributes you would ask for and place into your personal Lighthouse. These qualities of consciousness are creating a living field of radiant light that attracts those very qualities like a magnet into your life.

Suddenly a person tells you about a place you have never been but you feel attracted to. Perhaps you visit and a deep knowing arises within your being that you have found the place you want to live. Gracefully, you overhear a conversation about the type of work that uses your talents and skills, and you know it will provide the means for you to live in Wellbeing.

In a synchronous way events begin to fall in place for you to find the home that provides all the qualities you asked your Higher Self to provide. That would be an example of purposefully creating a field of Light that carries specific Divine Qualities of Consciousness. Though it may seem like a miracle, it is the Law of Attraction at work.

Life Becomes More Delicious

It feels delicious to your spirit when you live in the wonder of the radiant fields of Light that offer all the Divine Attributes you need. These fields are more available than ever before, because the new waves of higher energy frequencies are shifting dimensions on the planet. Visualizing a Lighthouse radiating living fields of Light that carry your soul’s desires into the world is one way that you can gracefully thrive in these new energies. It does, however, require you to be willing. Your Higher Self and the spiritual beings that guide you can provide for you in ways you never imagined. Your willingness to receive and change course when necessary will allow you to navigate the multidimensional waves on the earth at this time.

Your personal Lighthouse with its Beacon of Light signals your needs to the benevolent force of Love active in the Universe. The limitless resources of the Divine can provide all you are intending to receive. In this way you can become a living magnet for the qualities you are radiating into the field of Pure Potential all around you. The living fields that make up your radiance are a Grace-filled key to your happiness and the fulfillment of your Soul’s Purpose in this lifetime.

And so it is.

Did you know that you have within you the portal to all the guidance and inspiration you need to ride the waves of these changing times? This portal can be called your Higher Self. Archangel Gabriel introduced me to my Higher Self in 1990, letting me know that this was the way that I connected with the messages he was sending me. Recently I was told that the Archangels have lifted the veils and are actively working between dimensions to make the bridge more graceful between your conscious mind and your Higher Self. Considering the magnitude of the shifting sands of beliefs and the events that are impacting millions of souls, it is not surprising that the Archangels would intervene to assist people so they could contact the realms of Divine Guidance more freely.

The seed of God that you can call your Higher Self for simplicity’s sake, is so in touch with your soul that they work in tandem to bring about the fulfillment of your spiritual purpose on Earth. Whenever you feel lost – it is your Higher Self that is missing from your conscious awareness. Taking the time to raise your vibrational frequencies in order to connect with the link to the Angelic Dimensions and all your guidance systems, offers you an experience of the living presence of Divine Love that will melt your resistance and feed your heart in a way nothing else can.

Your Higher Self acts as a bridge between Heaven and Earth, bringing you all that your soul needs to fulfill your Divine destiny in this lifetime. Your Higher Self will act as a filter so when you decide to open yourself to new teachings and inspiration, you can command your Higher Self to allow only that which is in your highest good to come to you, aligned with your soul purpose and appropriate for your next steps in life.

Because millions of Lightworkers have been so powerfully successful in bringing more Light to the planet in the past years, the Archangels have lifted the veils between your Higher Self and your conscious mind. You can now have clear direct contact in a way that was never before possible. One of your greatest gifts is within you awaiting your command.

Your Higher Self offers you a key to awakening communication with your Angels, Guides, and Master Teachers. Your Higher Self takes the questions and desires of your soul, then feeds you inspiration to provide answers and the creative solutions you require so you can fulfill your life purpose. Your Higher Self is the greatest friend you have within your human form. It is the link to becoming the Blended Being, in touch with the Light from the Highest Source of Love as well as the connection to your life as a physical human active in this world.

You can trust your Higher Self and truly believe that when you ask for assistance, you can safely open to new guidance, wisdom and the creative solutions that will be gracefully provided.

Perhaps you have such a low idea of who you are that you can’t imagine a part of yourself that could be so elevated or wise or important. And yet if you can only glimpse the beauty and sacredness that is inherent within your Higher Self, you would see the greatest love you have ever known there within your own being. You would be able to receive floods of energy from the Light of Divine Love, the greatest nourishment your body, mind and soul have ever known. The Divine Activity of this energy center will feed you in a way you have longed for, and you will feel fulfilled. You can actually begin to love yourself in the way that is so necessary for your awakening. You will start to have Loving Acceptance for the challenges you encounter as a soul in a human body working in this world.

This could be the beginning of one of the greatest relationships you have ever known. Your Higher Self awaits your attention.

As we try to ride the big waves of energy in these accelerated times, this has become one of the most important of the teachings I received. When I don’t remember to hold my energy in a higher vibrational frequency, I get tumbled in the turbulent power of the white water I am surfing to the beach.

We are rapidly moving through the emotional 4th dimensional energies on the way into the energy frequencies connected to a new world that is becoming through 2012 and beyond. In the vibrational frequency of a 5th dimensional space, these Spiritual Principles become the operational essence of our lives. They carry spiritual consciousness and an empowered presence that is palpable when we allow ourselves to receive from this place. When you stop and breathe in the essence of Grace, a new resonance is set into your being. For instance, it is especially profound in this high-energy time to bring Grace into your solar plexus. The calming affect is important for your personal electrical system as well as your emotional state.

As the 3D world continues to destabilize and structures we have believed in disappear, when we concentrate our attention on the presence of these Spiritual Principles, they will become the new structure of our lives. If we allow it to occur we can use these tools to bring more balance to our emotional being and create greater stability in many areas of life. Spiritual Principles become a living force with the vitality necessary to act as a guidance system for our minds to follow.

A Simple Practice:

When I am caught in traffic becoming anxious, what can I do? What would be the spiritual quality I need the most at this time? A personal favorite, I ask for the soothing quality of Grace in my Solar Plexus (the area between my rib cage and my pelvis that houses my emotional reactions).

Who do I ask? When I put out a special plea for help, I believe it goes to the Universal Resources of Spirit who are Equal to Any Demand. Too expansive? In short, my Higher Self is the place that fields information for the good of my soul, whether it is going in or out.

So I breathe Grace from the Divine Presence into my being and allow myself to feel more calm and centered. Grace is a living frequency that acts on my nervous system and my consciousness. On a practical level, Grace can also inspire synchronous activity within me that allows me to move into a state where I can see creative solutions and intuitively make a turn or take an action that would assist my progress in that moment.

That this is true in traffic is just a metaphor for my life right now. When I exist out of harmony with this living vibrational field of Grace and Well-being, there is a sense of frustration and lack. I begin to focus more and more on those lower vibrational qualities that I am now attracting into my energy field through the Law of Attraction. My world looks darker and I do not see opportunities. I feel stuck. When this happens now I know it is a sign for me – not a little stop sign, but a huge lighthouse in the middle of my path. This massive structure is making sure I STOP where I am going and regroup. I need to stop my forward motion and remember what vibration I would prefer to have in my world, and consciously call that energy into my being.

I ask for Clarity in my mind, Harmony and Alignment with my Source energy, and Peace in my heart. These are the qualities that will bring more Well-being into my life. When I focus on these spiritual principles, they become a living magnetic field of energy that attracts more of the same through the Law of Attraction. When I use this practice before it is an emergency, it becomes brilliantly graceful, especially as I remember when I invite the principles to also ask for Grace and Ease.

These are powerful spiritual tools that allow us to move into new 5th dimensional reality fields where we become the vibration on which we focus our attention. This Path of the Heart means there are no limitations to the abundant demonstrations we will receive from Pure Consciousness when we invite the gift of Spiritual Principles into our lives.

Spending the past three months in the rarified atmosphere of Mt. Shasta, one of the seven most sacred mountains on Earth, has caused curious ascension symptoms for my exploration. On one level I can feel the expansiveness as my consciousness has been stretched beyond what I have known before (which is what I asked for without thought of what that would be like for my physical body).

I now find myself feeling like a small sea creature that has outgrown her shell and is furiously seeking the seabed for one that will fit my new being. It has left me feeling somewhat untethered and vulnerable, displaced without the comfort of the old or the sanctuary of my new safe shell. Since I am forever taking it all personally, I thought I was the only one having this experience. It turns out that many people I have spoken with have used some of these same words, such as displaced and untethered, to describe what they have been experiencing of late.

We are on the cusp of a massive leap in consciousness. The speed of the changes that are occurring indicate that we are very close to the quantum leap we have been working to create the past 25 years since the Harmonic Convergence in 1987. These accelerated energy frequencies have been blasting our nervous systems. It is a wonder that we don’t all have new curly hair because it feels as though we have put our fingers in the cosmic electrical socket. My guidance is saying that there are some great waves of energy to surf right now that will continue to peak until after August 20. Things will feel a bit more open as we build to the next peak to come at the Solstice. We will have more veils parting and more clarity on our pathways by the end of the month I am sure.

The Harmonic Convergence commemoration August 11-18 will be anchoring a new empowerment for Divine Love on the planet. I will be leading a teleconference on two of the days as will many others in a concentrated effort to bring us into alignment with a new harmonic and peace-filled planet.

In the meantime I took this situation into a meeting with Archangel Gabriel, who is always good with new tools and creative solutions. Below is the message I received in response to my whining.

Dear Ones,

If you could only see from our vantage point you would know that the qualities of consciousness being manifest at this time are guiding you in very specific ways.

These disconnected feelings arise from your attempts to place an overlay of your old reality onto the new one awakening within and around you. It may help you to consider yourself as a beautiful potted plant. Make yourself a beautiful spacious plant with magnificent flowers or one with beautiful leaves thriving in the midst of the Light available from the Source. Now this plant is self-contained and can receive all the nutrients it needs because of its energetic connection to the core of the earth. The pot actually provides plenty of protection, and the stems and leaves receive nourishment from God’s love. You in your potted plant being can go wherever you need to go so you can thrive, and the special guardian angel of your thriving plant will always be there with you to guide your way and protect you.

This is helpful for those who feel they are displaced at this time, rather untethered from familiar surroundings and not fitting into any of the scenarios that are presently available to your perception. You are placing yourself in the hands of the angels and masters who work in your life. You as a beautiful potted plant are a gift being offered to the new world you are creating for yourself that has yet to manifest.

The Angels are protecting and caring for you as the gift you truly are. Take care of yourself as you would this beautiful plant. Surround yourself with Love, nourish and nurture yourself and receive a bath of Divine Light daily.

Know that you are anchoring your sense of sanctuary within your being, and allowing the manifestation to unfold. You are feeding this action with your clear intentions for Harmony, Beauty and Peace in your sanctuary and in your world. You also know that this new sanctuary will be a place for you to thrive.

Feel our Protective Wings around you, Little Lambs, and know that while you are carrying your beautiful flowering self through the dark woods of life, we are lighting your path with rainbows that will guide you to your new home. And so it is.

May you find peace within yourself during these changing times.

One of the things I experienced was the amazing Light filled presence of a being who personified unconditional love. He was a Shaktipat guru, which means he was able to awaken a person’s Kundalini or spiritual energy, with Divine Light through a touch or a look. Guruji had written a book in the 1960’s called “Light on Meditation,” and practicing meditation in his presence was definitely a Light filled experience. He would suggest we not be attached to these experiences or even to his presence, but to use this Light energy to find our own deep connection to God by the pathway he had opened through Shaktipat initiation.

Ayurveda, the ancient system of healing in India, teaches that rubbing our physical bodies with sacred oils, such as rose, sandalwood or sesame is a valuable way to keep balance in the different pathways between our spiritual and physical bodies. Guruji ran such high frequencies of spiritual energy through his physical body that his head would become very hot. This and other manifestations of his awakened Kundalini were benefited by daily massage. It was often a question for me who was actually benefiting, because many times there would be 2 or more devotees giving him a massage at one time. We could ask him questions, he would tell us inspiring stories, or even lovingly tease us. Often those giving the massage would slip into deep meditation during the process and become unable to complete their task. At those times it was often my job, since I seemed to be somewhat immune to this powerful urge, to move their inert bodies aside, and complete the healing massage for the benefit of our guru. Oh, how I wished I had been able to be so sensitive as to let go into that desire to drift away. My sensitivity, however, was to the service that was needed, and a few of us always seemed to show up when something needed to be done.

I had early in my association with Dhyanyogi decided to go to massage school in Santa Cruz, California where our ashram was located. I wanted to give Guruji as much healing energy as I could in return for the intense work he did with thousands of devotees in India and across the U.S. This massage training entailed working with Light energy through a bodywork process. Because of my proximity to the Light and spiritual energy my guru embodied, the massage and bodywork training really allowed me a new form of creative process and healing service. Then Guruji decided to teach ancient forms of healing because so many of his devotees were healers themselves. He felt it was important that we learn how to protect ourselves, use this energy for awakening within and work with others to bring a higher frequency of Divine Light and healing energy into the world. It was to be the most profound period of Grace I have experienced in my long life.

Divine Light as a Force for Healing

After Guruji went back to India in 1980, I continued my healing practice in Northern California until getting married and moving to Hawaii in 1984. There I met another healer I will call Kaiona. Through a spiritual awakening, he began to see into people’s bodies and worked with Divine Light to bring healing energy through his own form of bodywork. He called this energy Light Force. He told me when we met that I had the same pattern and colors of Light energy in my hands that he did, so it would be possible for me to do that same work. I jumped right in and for the next fifteen years, he trained me to bring Divine Light into the cells of people’s bodies to activate a higher frequency of energy. When the Light was activated in the cells healings would occur on the physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual levels. For many years I enjoyed this healing work, and was able to teach Light Activation Therapy as well.

It was, in fact, during one of these healing sessions in 1988 that Archangel Michael showed up in, no surprise, a blaze of Golden Light. Continuing from 1990 when Archangel Gabriel came to teach me, my Light energy work took differing forms, from hands on to hands off. Archangel Gabriel was adamant about the need for us to bring Divine Light through our bodies, in order to create a bridge from Heaven and Earth. He taught me about using Light as an activation tool in my own body to clear away debris and blocks to my soul’s purpose, as well as bring Light Frequencies into my own being for higher sacred attunements. It was through working with these Light energies within me that Archangel Gabriel taught me how to receive messages. It has been a real gift to find that these messages spoke to others in a deep way, and it was heartening to find that when I showed them the techniques, other people were able to use these same processes to prepare them to receive their own guidance as well.

Divine Light as a Force for Protection

While I was in Hawaii, I began work with another spiritual teacher, Nancy Shipley Rubin, who also had been working with the Light Body and frequencies for healing for a great length of time. I have worked with her for many years and still find that her cutting edge teachings have the capacity to go deeply into areas necessary for my spiritual growth. In the late 90’s, one of the things she had been emphasizing was the need to surround ourselves with Divine Light after clearings. She would suggest bringing Light to us and send it “3 times round.” This was an interesting process I worked with for several years until it proved itself to be extremely beneficial in what could have been a very dangerous situation. I was obviously very protected in one grueling trip to Chicago. I was driving through a very heavy rainstorm with jagged flashes of lightening all around me over the prairies, the likes I had never seen as a Californian or in Hawaii. This storm was so intense, I found myself repeating a powerful Sanskrit prayer, the Gayatri, some say is the oldest written prayer in history. I also was praying to Archangel Michael to surround me in 3 rings of Golden Light, and to fill me as well as the car with Divine Light. I kept this up for hours, so delayed by the weather that I did not arrive in Chicago until after midnight. I had directions to a home where many students were gathering with an Indian spiritual teacher, but I was concerned that my lateness would be too disturbing. I decided to find a motel and then get a fresh start in the morning

Then it got even scarier

I stopped in a convenience store to get directions to a place to spend the night, and the woman sent me to a section of Chicago where she said there were many motels to stay in. Following her directions I found out that there were indeed many motels but they were all for rent by the hour, with a key deposit so you could not go out to find clients and bring them back, if you get my meaning here. There were not big X’s on the windows but that is the kind of rating that neighborhood would have had. I tried a number of places over several blocks and they were all the same. I started getting more and more uncomfortable, when I realized I had no idea where I was in a huge, possibly dangerous city in the wee hours of the morning. Finally I just took one of the motels, and paid their $50 key deposit for the night. When I went to my room, I found out the walls were covered with mirrors and there were two tiny little towels and a small bar of soap in the bathroom. Extremely yucky, however I was still chanting the Gayatri, and I asked Archangel Michael to fill me with Divine Light, and surround the room with 3 rings of Golden Light.

I went to the car and found my own bedding, the flowers I had brought for the teacher, and some candles and spiritual pictures to make a little altar so I could bring more positive energy into the place. I placed my bedding over the bedspread with my head facing the pictures, candles and flowers at the foot of the bed. I am not sure if I slept much. I know that whenever I surfaced in consciousness, I was still chanting the Gayatri mantra. At one point I heard someone try to open the door but the chain was on it. I just lay there repeating my mantra, filling and surrounding myself in Light. As soon as there was a hint of dawn I jumped up, did a small shower and put on clean clothes. I gathered up all my things and prepared to make one big fast trip to the car and get out of there. But I could not find the key for which I had given the $50 deposit. I looked everywhere, and said my usual “find it” prayers, until finally it was getting later and I just decided to go. When I opened the door, the prayers must have worked because I did find the key. I had left the key in the door lock outside the room. I was so freaked out the night before that I had not been grounded and acted stupidly, and yet the Divine Light of God still protected me. I will never forget that demonstration of power and Divine Grace.

Divine Light as a Spiritual Tool in any Situation

That was in 2002, and over the years I have still been using this prayer and working with Divine Light as a spiritual tool. I consider it one of the most powerful teachings I have ever received. I have been very fortunate in my life to have met and spent time absorbing the wisdom of some very evolved teachers. To have that deep connection was necessary for my spiritual growth. We are in a very different time right now – a time when it is possible to contact the inner wisdom that lives within each of us. The veils are much thinner between worlds, and the frequency of energy on the planet has quickened to such an extent that we are able to immerse ourselves in the vastness of Light in the Divine Heart, and receive Love and Wisdom to our greatest capacity. Of course, we still have those who inspire us through the media, books or meetings and this is appropriate. We need to take these teachings and apply them to our daily life, so we gain more inner balance and less separation. At the same time we also have access to our Higher Self and teachings that are available in a way that was never possible before.

The Gabriel Message Cards say: The teachers you seek are Truth and Wisdom. They are within you. The vast intelligence of the Divine Light carries the truth and wisdom, as well as the love we are seeking. There is nourishment and inspiration available when we tap into the power of Divine Light. Working with Light is the first step to any of my spiritual practices. I have seen Divine Light clear the way within my own body and clear the way for me to be safe in the world. I have watched Divine Light working within the body of a client and seen its powerful process connecting them to their soul’s purpose. I have experienced Divine Light as the one tool that I can use for any situation and any person no matter what it is, knowing that Divine Light is a valuable, empowered energy force that can bring healing. I know that Divine Light carries the Love and Intelligence of God so it is able to find its way into areas where its healing power is most needed and will do the work required in perfect Divine Order.

Archangel Gabriel said to me, “Receive Light. Give Light. Be Light.” And so it is.

Finding Your Way through the Mayhem of Life

Signs and synchronicity are living guides to life on Earth. The power of these signals, and what some call “coincidence” is to enlighten our path and reassure us that we are taking the right steps – no matter how radical they may seem.

As these times become more filled with disruptive events and change, we need to become very connected to our inner guidance, in order to function with mastery on the earth. A spiritual practice becomes a practical, empowering tool for inner peace and wisdom in perilous times. I have produced many messages from Archangel Gabriel over the years with a similar message. Like most everyone else, I have been watching the increase of natural disasters and the amazing collapse of economic systems and world governments. I have been observing people who are unable to stay in their homes and jobs, and it is abundantly clear that we need inner guidance more than ever. There is no longer any security in our outer world, and we need to cultivate faith and trust in ourselves in order to find our way.

As a people we immerse ourselves in worldly activities, numb our minds with television, and let worry and fear overtake our mental states. Of course there needs to be an element of responsibility and logical behavior, but if we make clear intentions to follow our soul’s calling, all of the outer plane existence will fall into miraculous order, even if it includes the sometimes dramatic dissolution of life as you have known it. I have seen this repeatedly over the years and after recently receiving some nudges from the Angelic Dimensions in the form of repeating phrases and synchronicity over the past week, it seemed like time for me to come out my hermitage to share with you some of my personal stories of signs and synchronicity. Believe me, I am not advocating that you do what I did. Hopefully you will take intentional steps to take care of your life before it is necessary to go through such radical transformation.

In my late 20’s I first began to notice synchronicity when all of the many varied books I was reading at the time began to carry the same message. They were pointing to a life oriented by a Higher Power combined with clear inner intentional awareness. During that time, events occurred that suddenly freed me to explore these ideas in action. I began an adventurous 7-year road trip, with only my dog for company, in order to find my “true calling and path in life.” During that time I became more comfortable with prayer and began paying attention to coincidental meetings and signs from the road.

My Very First Sign

One of the more humorous, not to mention clear, signs occurred when I was just over 30. I had taken a temporary job that had promised another position in the future. I was not a match for the job or for the location where I was working, and I became very unhappy. One day I was driving from the beautiful mountain hideaway where I lived down into the central valley of California to work. I became increasingly disgruntled as I drove out of clear sunshine into the brown smoggy fog that was normal for the area. I began to pray harder and found myself asking for a sign from God to show me if it was time for me to quit this hated job. I said I was willing to stay if it was in my highest good, but I needed clear guidance. I prayed throughout my 30-minute journey. When I walked into work, I was called into the manager’s office where she promptly fired me. I don’t even remember why it was done, but I do remember trying not to laugh at the blatant and very obvious sign from the Universe that I was not supposed to be there. Of course I found new creative ways to take care of myself, and my life became more harmonious.

From that point in 1975, I did my best to live according to the signals of my heart. Were there times when I did not pay attention? Of course, and times when my desires overcame my inner guidance. This was especially true after I was married and began to give away portions of myself and lose touch with my true feelings. It was all in the name of service to another and keeping peace in my marriage, (blah blah blah), but it had the affect of eroding my connection to the impulse of my spirit in the relationship. There came a time, while living in Hawaii in late 1998, when the signs and signals could no longer be ignored. Throughout a one-year period my outer life began to dissolve a piece at a time. The Angel business I had poured myself and enormous sums of money into for years went bankrupt, we lost our house, my appendix burst, I had a car accident and went into menopause. I was so confused about the future I began to pray for clarity and signs to help me know what to do. The only message I received at the moment was, “Just when did you think you would need faith?”

And Synchronicity and Signs Came into Being

Soon after, however, I was invited to teach a class about Angelic communication in Michigan. While I was there, I visited a retreat center whose spiritual director was someone I knew in the past. He invited me to stay at the center while I sorted my life out and I could feel myself being drawn to the idea. While I had happily lived in Hawaii for over 20 years without a thought to leaving, I was enticed by the peaceful country setting and regular spiritual practice. I knew that it could jeopardize my marriage, so I wanted to be really clear before taking the radical step. I went out to the river on the property to seek guidance. I called on the Divine Presence, my Soul, my higher self and every angel, guide, and master that may have guided me in this life, to come and help me. What was revealed was surprising in its simple clarity. I was told, “you will not fulfill your spiritual destiny unless you come to this place and stay from October 1 through January 15.”

I sat there in awe. Even though it seemed like that was a long separation in a marriage, my husband and I had always given each other time for spiritual retreat. In fact, our relationship began over the months that he was traveling with our guru. So it was not impossible that it could still work, but it did not bode well, considering the shakiness of our marriage after all of the recent losses. As I sat on the bank of the river and let my thoughts unfurl, I realized that all of that clear guidance was in my mind, and maybe my heart, but I needed some clear physical demonstration in order to follow such an extreme path. As I walked away from the river, I asked for a sign that would be unmistakable. I declared that I was willing to follow whatever guidance was revealed to me beyond a shadow of a doubt.

As I continued to walk there came a signal that is still without equal in the years that followed. I was stopped suddenly because I was covered in hundreds of butterflies. They flew to my head, walked on my face, crawled on my arms and my legs, and totally surrounded me. Then just as suddenly, they flew away leaving an light-filled energy sparkling in the air around me. What would you have said? That good old faithless part of me said, “well that was really good but how about just one more little sign.” And there at my feet was a small puddle into which flew two blue butterflies that were then joined by one yellow butterfly. That was what it took for me to totally surrender and trust that I was being inspired by my soul’s presence. God had taken charge and I had faith that no matter what happened, I would be protected, guided and directed from then on. I was allowing my new life to burst into being.

And did we all live happily ever after?

I am not going to pretend it was easy after that day in late 1999, but it was the catalyst for my husband and I to create the lives we were meant to be living in order to follow our unique destinies. He immediately found a new wife, got married a week after our divorce was final, and had a baby a month later. On the other hand, I became a somewhat aged, wandering sadhu, (in India, this is a spiritual aspirant without earthly belongings who wanders in search of enlightenment). In the seven years that followed, not only did I meet a number of great spiritual teachers, I also received inner guidance and lessons that are the basis of my life today. Even though our lives look very different from what we had planned, I have no doubt that my former husband and I are both happier and more fulfilled in all the ways that matter. After our divorce, he told me that he would never have had the courage to do what I did. I can understand where he was coming from, because we had created a beautiful life in the material world that was hard to give up. But for me it had less to do with courage, and more to do with Faith. Many years before any of these occurrences, I had turned my life over to God and had devoted myself to service in whatever form that manifested for my highest good. When the signs were so clear, how could I refute the guidance I had asked for and received so abundantly.

There are times in our lives when our soul’s call for the Divine, in the form of what one of my friends calls “The Lone Arranger,” to step into what appears to be our secure lives. The purpose is to pull the rug out from under our complacency and attachment so we can fulfill our true destiny. We have all committed to completing our soul’s purpose in different ways, and we have lessons to learn. I believe that all that transpires in our lives is working toward that end, no matter what it looks like.

Signs, Signs, Everywhere a Sign

We are living within a compressed time line of tremendous upheaval and change. We can see what is going on in the world and how it often mirrors what we are feeling in our individual lives. All that we trusted to be secure and stable in many ways has been subject to surprising changes we never imagined. In the midst of this upheaval we only have our faith in Divine Guidance and our connection to this Source energy to assist our process and we might feel very separate. Of course we are never really alone, as there are Angels that step into our lives at just these moments in order to guide our paths. We have to invite their assistance, however, so this is really an important part of our process.

What else can we do before our lives start falling apart? One is to gain balance and equilibrium in yourself through a meditative practice and other steps that help you feel harmony within. Sometimes that still quiet voice within is buried in the cacophony that is our mental state, yet the commitment you are making to have inner connection with your Divine Self starts a powerful process in motion. When we take one step towards God, the Universe pours out abundant miracles to support our path. This dedication to knowing your inner spirit allows you to learn to trust your inner guidance. While you are creating a spiritual practice, you are also cultivating faith. You are learning to value your peace so much that you will go to great lengths not to lose your inner balance.

These were some very valuable lessons I have learned during the ten years since the divorce. Another has been the importance of staying present and grounded. Without an awareness of how I am feeling, and what is happening around me, I might miss some of the tremendous opportunities the Universe is always providing for me. I am also allowing myself to be loved and supported on both the physical and non-physical level, reaching out to friends in a new way. I keep my spiritual practice, and give myself time every day to make my intentions for the day and my life. Even if it is only for five minutes, I give myself the gift of silence, and fill myself with Divine Light. I invite into my life my angels and the masters that guide me, and I allow their presence to remind me that I am not truly alone. And most importantly, I ask for signs and pay attention to synchronicity because I know this is one of the best ways for inner guidance to show me I am on track. I do my best to stay very present to whatever is happening in the moment because this is where the opportunities and creative solutions abound.

Dear Ones,

As the time approaches for mastery of the physical plane, there is confusion in the minds of those who work to bring more clarity to their life path. Extreme measures are often necessary as life’s twists and turns become ever more frequent. A daily check in for energy flow is helpful when it becomes the norm. Often it is necessary to ask for more obvious guidance when life is moving at a such a fast pace. The request for physical signs has been one of the ways people have tracked their progress for millennia. Requesting a sign can provide an obvious designation in moments when extreme clarity is paramount.

There are moments when there is an impulse from within and often a message that repeats in the mind. If you feel you need more clarity, a physical sign can be requested. When this request is sent into the Universe, there needs to be a framework – asking for it to be obvious, as well as a prayer for alignment with your Higher Self, Divine Wisdom, Guardian Angels and Masters. After you have called forth your highest guidance, you know that the demonstration must be trusted. The signs you receive become Relevancy Markers on your Path.

It takes great faith and courage to follow your inner guidance in the face of logic, the need for security and unknown outcomes. But what other way does your Higher Self have to get your attention, except through signs, signals and synchronicity?

Hello Friends,

For many years people have been suggesting I include more of me in my posts. I have preferred to let the work speak for me, and allow the greater presence of Archangel Gabriel to shine through. But recently, there have been more times when I wanted to share experiences that seem to mirror what others are going through in these tumultuous times.

As I paid attention to these impulses I have found that my story touched people in a way that surprised me. I have decided to begin including these stories to be a part of the creation of a new book that will include some of my experiences over the 40-plus years on my active spiritual path.

I invite your comments on the writings, and encourage you to give me feedback on areas that need more clarity. If you have questions or suggestions on areas that may be of interest to a larger community, I will be happy to consider those in the process of creating a new book.
